Junior the repairman was fantastic . He took the time to repair our fridge despite it being last minute . He was quick , courteous , and knowledgeable. Saved us from a potential reoccurring issue and having to buy a new fridge right before Christmas! We would highly recommend his service .

Gregory provided excellent service and was able to quickly and thoroughly replace the heating element for our dryer at a reasonable cost.

Good service however he didn't speak English and I don't know Spanish so he had to call in so his boss could tell me what was what. He did the work quickly however he left my frozen food drawer out on the counter! Ice Maker is now repaired so we're happy with this company and will use them again.

Junior did a great job diagnosing and fixing the problems we were having with our washer and ice maker. He was very professional and was able to fix both in a matter of hours. Definitely recommend.

WOW!! Stop wasting your time scrolling through reviews and call Coast Repair NOW! Theres no upfront fee to pay before they even show up...they charge the dignostic fee after they figure out what's wrong and dicuss the estimate. Then they subtract it from the total if you complete the work with Coastal. Jesus was awesome!! Professional, polite, and cleaned up. Explained what was broken and my options. Daniel (the phone rep) was also very polite and kept me up to date on Jesus's ETA and even called to offer an earlier appointment. The part wasn't on Jesus's magic van so he ordered it while in my kitchen and scheduled a new appointment for the install the next day. Two hours later, Daniel called to get me know Jesus was able to get the part and if it was OK to come back in the afternoon to install. I couldn't say yes fast enough. Thank you gentleman for fixing my fridge!! Will definitely use Coastal for any future appliance breakdowns..

My Frigidaire display panel stopped working. I called Frigidaire for someone to come look at it. I waited 5 days for the appointment and two hours after someone was supposed to be at my house I called and was informed that my appointment would have to be canceled and no one would be available to come for another week.
I told them I would call someone else.
I was able to make an appointment with Coast HVAC and Appliance repairs to come only three days later. Junior assessed the issue and because a part needed to be ordered they would schedule a second appointment for installation. Both appointments were done in the time the first repair company said they would be able to reschedule an appointment THEY canceled.
The two points that kept it from being a 5 star review is that the first company would have cost me just under $100 less. The second thing was the difficulty I had asking questions and getting answers because I don’t speak Spanish. Someone was readily available for Junior to call and relay information through but it was more time consuming. Especially the first appointment because I didn’t know all the questions I’d have so 3-4 calls needed to be made.
Still, I’d recommend this company and will certainly call for a quote when I want my HVaC serviced.

Junior did a great job replacing the ignitor on our oven. Fast & effcient. Definately recommend!

Junior(Mailover) did a great job. He explained everything and how things work. I really like and appreciate that. The consultation fee was not outrageous either. I was able to get an appointment next day also an I was able to get an appointment next day also a bonus . I have previously used or attempted to use another company, and they canceled right at the time of the appointment..Added coast appliance to my phone for future use.

The tech, Junior, was great, very patient, understanding, and explained very well to ensure I understood. The company was able to.come by and fix my refund the same day we called it in. Thank you for such a fast and friendly service. It was nice to have someone honest to come out and fix the refrigerator.

told us what to watch for.

my dryer went out Friday night. called sat morning to find someone. I was being told it would be Monday before I could get someone to come out. when coast hvac called me back the lady said she could have someone out right away. I spoke with her about 9 or 915. by 951 the repair man was at my door. had it fixed by 11 and was out the door. works great. highly recommend. affordable and fast.
