When the freezer portion of my refrigerator stopped working, Matt was able to come out and take a look at it very quickly! He was friendly and communicated what the problem was while making sure that all of my questions were answered. While my refrigerator was unfortunately not worth repairing, I will definitely be giving Matt a call for any future appliance issues I have!

Our refrigerator stopped cooling last night and I called Matt and he was out within a few hours. With his knowledge and expertise he was able to diagnose the problem immediately. My husband called Matt’s Appliance Care when our garage fridge quit cooling. Matt was prompt to answer our call and was incredibly knowledgeable of our Kenmore (which he knew was manufactured by LG) unit. Having had a handful of appliance repair companies in my house before, It's hard to express how good we felt when Matt's was finished in our house. I usually get nervous when it comes to recommending anybody. But I would hands down by far recommend mats to anybody who has any kind of appliance that needs to be fixed.

I called Matt when my dishwasher stopped working. He was quick to diagnose the issue as a faulty pump. He ordered the new part and was back to replace it within a week. Matt was very professional and is very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer every question I had.
