Matt did a great job for us. Explained why we were having issues with washer and vent-a-hood and was able to get both back in action without any serious repairs. In addition he was prompt and really a likable guy. Very professional. Will use him again when we have appliance problems.

My LG washer was leaking water and Matt was able to fit me in last minute the week of thanksgiving. He was on time and quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed and running in no time. Would def recommend to anyone.

I recommend Mad. He was honest and fixed our washing machine. A different technician had told us we probably needed a new circuit board. Matt was able to fix the appliance by simply cleaning the filter that was clogged wits baby socks. So we dodged an unnecessary expense thanks to his work. I will come to him again for future needs.

We called Matt around 10:30 am and he was at our house at 1 pm. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly and had our dryer working in 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable especially for such quick service. We will definitely use him for repairs in the future.

Matt went above and beyond! He repaired my refrigerator in a timely manner, he ordered the parts and installed them and had my filter in stock which I really appreciated. He also cleaned and maintained my fridge which I had never done! Totally recommend him!

Matt answered the phone while he was working and took the time to try to help me over the phone work out the issue I was having with a dishwasher I bought from a wholesale place. Genuinely trying to help me knowing he might not make a dime. I will definitely call him for anything appliance wise I need and highly recommended him.

So, we had been having issues with our washer for a while , but the night before last, it decided it had had enough neglect and flooded the laundry room. I managed to stop the flood before it got ugly and called Matt the next morning. I told him what happened and before I even gave him a model number, he already knew exactly what was wrong with it. Matt showed up later that day and was in the laundry room for no more than five minutes before he called me over to take a look. This guy without a doubt knows his trade inside and out. He showed me the problem (which, again, he totally called over the phone before he even had all the information), explained what needed to be done, then asked for me to give him another five minutes, which I'm pretty sure most of that time was him taking notes and writing up the final quote. I honestly can't stress enough just how professional this guy is. He even put all the junk that I pulled out of my kid's pockets back on the washer exactly where I left it!

I can’t say enough about the prompt service received. I was completely prepared to purchase a new dryer when my wife found Matt’s appliance repair information on Google. He is extremely competent and understood the repair needed based on a telephone conversation. He arrived as scheduled and within 45 minutes my dryer was functioning better than prior to the issue. He basically reset the lifecycle of the dryer by conducting internal preventative maintenance. Thanks again and we will definitely keep this business on speed dial for future needs!

Let me tell you how amazing my experience was with Matt. My dryer was making a horrible rattling noise. Matt returned my call in an appropriate amount of time. Came when he said he would and didn’t take advantage of me because I don’t know anything about dryers. He explained what was the problem fixed it and he was reasonably priced. I will use Matt again if I ever need anything and I will be telling everyone about Matt.

Matt’s customer service was fantastic from our very first phone call inquiry. And he was extremely friendly throughout our visit, explained everything, and did all the work in a timely manner. What stood out most besides my “problem” being fixed quickly (a dryer vent) was just how genuinely nice Matt was, just so friendly and warm throughout the whole process…he was a pleasure to work with and we will of course use his services in the future if we have additional needs. Dishwasher melted a spray arm. Called Matt and within 5 minutes had a scheduled fix. He arrived on time, was very pleasant and professional, discussed briefly the state of the major appliance industry and its lack of durability and built-in obsolescence, fixed the DW, and was gone within 20 minutes. He’ll be getting my business again. Very highly recommended.

Matt came to repair our dishwasher and he was great! Talked through everything for us and explained what was going on. We needed a pump replacement and he did it right away. He is so reasonable priced too! Definitely recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Matt's Appliance Care. I submitted a form through the website the night before and Matt called the next morning. He came later that day promptly within the provided time, was super helpful, and explained everything clearly. We even had to go through some steps with my home warranty company and he did so patiently, informatively, and with a helpful attitude. This was legitimate "same or next day" service at a reasonable price. We did not have an "appliance guy" before today but we are keeping Matt's info for future issues (hopefully nothing soon)!
