He is absolutely amazing. He came the same day I called him and it was a holiday. My washer had been leaking and he saw the problem right away. The next day got the part from manufacturer and came and installed. He tested it before leaving and no water anywhere. I started a load of laundry and it started leaking so I sent him a text and he came right away. He found a different spot that it was leaking besides the first one. He gave me a simple fix that I could do myself instead of replacing the whole part and breaking the bank. He was so kind to come out of his way and be so prompt. 10/10 would recommend to my friends!!

My husband contacted this gentleman Robert Flores for dishwasher repair since he previously repaired our washer. We set up an appointment and showed up at the wrong time and the wrong day when he was supposed to come Thursday 09/22/22 stating that my husband didn't understand. Then, he set up an appointment to come to my residence today 09/21/22 between 11 am and 3 pm which never happened. At 2:30 pm, we gave him a call to make sure of our appointment since our window time was until 3pm. When we called him, he stated that he had a flat tire and was too busy to come to our appointment. I would not recommend someone who owns a local business and behaves the way he does. There are other companies out there that would provide better business to their clients. RESPONSE: No way Mr. Flores, we would've scheduled any appointments for 09/20/22. It was our daughter's birthday!!!!!! We are all humans and make mistakes and things can happen but your response was rude.

This is the second time that Robert has provided service and he does an excellent job with taking care of business in a professional manner. He’s pricing is excellent and trustworthy. Definitely will continue to use his services as needed.

Mr Flores was recommend to me and I was very satisfied with his expertise in repairing my freezer. He explained the problem as I watched him work and showed me the damaged part.I highly recommend him. His service charge was very reasonable too.

Incredible service! I needed my dishwasher fixed. Robert came out the very next day. Not only did he fix it, he showed me a ton of other stuff to help keep my dishwasher running longer. Robert Flores was the person that came out to my house to fix the element gone bad in my stove. Robert was very professional, courteous & very respectful. He listened on what I had to say about the element going bad with a distinct smell & he did a thorough check anyways to make sure that was the problem. He replaced it & tested before he left to make sure everything was satisfactory. Thank you Robert and definitely we need more people in this world like you on helping others!

I called System Repair Appliance Services because my top loader washer was making a noise every time it spun. Robert came out the next day and spotted the problem pretty quickly. He explained exactly what was wrong and was honest about the pricing of repairing our washer (parts and all) versus buying a new one. He also gave suggestions on how to help expand the life of our machine. Overall, I thought he had good customer service, and his service call pricing was a lot more reasonable compared to others I called. I will keep this company’s number saved for any future appliance repairs I might need.

I agree with all glowing reviews here. Came out the next morning (on a Saturday!) even though I called late in the day. Professional, nice, and did great work - fixed my gas stove quickly and great price. Will absolutely continue to call Robert for all appliance repairs!

My Kenmore washer stopped working over the weekend. I called and was able to get same day service. The owner, Robert was very timely and proficient. The price was very reasonable and the service was courteous and professional.I definitely would recommend.

Blessed to know the best guy to call for another repair on my washer! Robert saved the day again, just about 1 year after replacing a faulty sensor on my TROMM washer but this time he replaced the drain pump. A much better investment than buying a new washer & still the BEST man to call! Thanks again for making my day, and saving my machine!
