My JennAir electric wall oven went out a few weeks ago. I called Mike’s Appliance and they had my oven fixed within days (waited for part to come in) . Fast and efficient service . Technician was very professional. I highly recommend & will continue doing business in the future with them. Happy customer 🙂

I really enjoyed using Mike's for my refrigerator repair. The turnaround and customer service was impeccable! Special shout out to Daniel Vallejo as well. He was very friendly, took time to explain the process and his professionalism was exceptional!

One of the WORST experiences I've ever encountered. The kid that arrived in plain clothes in his personal vehicle was rude and clearly didn't want to be here. I instructed him on what I needed done to my TV, but he ignored everything I said and kept checking for damages that would void the warranty..EVEN THO this was NOT A WARRANTY CLAIM!! RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. WILL NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

UPDATE...I had LG resend another technician from another repair company this morning. They replaced the power unit within 30 minutes. TV now works perfectly! If I hadn't pressed LG about this situation I would have been out a very expensive TV. I wonder how many other people Mike's has hung out to dry by wrongly voiding their warranty. It's just counter intuitive to business, just like so many other things about this company. My honest advice to everyone- stay away from this place.

UPDATE: Honestly they are not as great as I expected.. they will make you wait a long time for an appointment & they would fix one issue at a time with my refigerator (they fixed the fridge up to 4 times). The refigerator tech Name julian does not diagnose the entire issue and instead looks at 1 issue only and moves on from trying to know any other issues with my refigerator appliance. I use a home warranty and honestly the warranty is great at helping me but I wish it didnt have to be this company. The only great thing is the customer service which is very good from their phone line and the tech was courteous.

I would not recommend this company.

I change my review because a good man called Mike’s that owns Mike’s Appliance is show me documentation that he tried to call me at least 50 times and the warranty company did not give his company the right number. I think we should go back just a handyman or handy technicians

Excellent service and really nice guys! They were able to diagnose and repair the problem with our brand new LG refrigerator that did not cool properly for the first few months we had it. Check them out if you're having appliance problems!

Mike’s service my Samsung refrigerator (ice maker wasn’t working properly). I had a warranty through Lowe’s but Mike’s came through, assessed the issue and determined it was something completely different from what I thought (no thanks to YouTube). I haven’t had any issues since.

Mike' s appliances did a fantastic job fixing a small leak on my refrigerator, they were super efficient and I'm really pleased with their service. I would recommend for appliance repair. PS: If I recall, the address says they are in Texas, but they also service Oklahoma.

Horrible service! They took no accountability for denting my dishwasher, melting the sprayer, and still not fixing my brand new dishwasher. They came out 4 times total and still didn’t fix the issues- each time they came out there was a new problem, the dishwasher was brand new! The technician did not respect our time either. When they said they would be out to fix it between specific hours- the first time they didn’t even call- when I called they said it wouldn’t be until after 5. And that happened again today. So we will repair all the broken things that the “repair man” was supposed to do 3 months ago ourselves! Very incompetent business with zero respect for customers!

Mike's Appliance Service were quick to respond to my request for a service call on a washer we had just bought 2 weeks prior.
The washer would fill with water but not do anything else. Repair person was here the next day. Found the problem to be a faulty safety switch in the lid. He ordered the part and returned 2 days later and made the repair. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and polite. I will call them when I need any other appliance repaired.

This Mike appliance company was very professional. They arrived on time. And was neat, clean up after installation and set up. I was so impressed with how quickly they worked. Very focused, knowledgeable and great customer service. I would definitely recommend their services. I received service on my oven and microwave and both time they were nothing but professional.

Technician was very friendly. Icemaker was replaced and another was replaced only because I told him we needed to be replaced because he already had the part. When I got home from work, the icemaker still was not working. I immediately called him to let them know, but still nothing has been done.

I had a service appointment scheduled for between 12-5pm. I called about 2pm to get a better estimate and the lady told me it would be closer to 5pm. She then called me at 4:15 and said it would be closer to 6pm. We waited and nobody showed up or called me back
All evening.

Excellent service. He went above and beyond to get my refrigerator repaired as soon as possible since I was without a refrigerator. I had a previous technician come out and tell me that my refrigerator was trash to throw it away. I had not had it for very long and I paid $4000 for it. I’m very thankful that I didn’t listen to the first technician because Mike really knew what he was doing and he knew what he was talking about. I highly recommend his service. He was very personable as well as very professional.

The installers did a great, quick, and very neat job of installing a new vent hood in the kitchen. It was a bit tricky with the space for it to line up but they resolved all the issues. They kept me informed of the various issues and allowed me to make decisions when there were alternate choices that could be made to correct the space problems. They cleaned up the area so I didn’t have to. Good job guys!

We recently moved to Boerne and needed to upgrade the appliances. We have a separate wall oven and microwave. We called Brett to determine if we could fit what we wanted into the cabinet. The appliance center wanted us to go with a more builders grade microwave with a surround, which is not what we wanted. Brett came out and measured and determined that we could easily do exactly what we wanted. Once the appliances came in, Efrain and John picked them up from the store, drove them up here to Boerne and installed them in roughly one hour. Totally professional, did a great job cleaning up and everything looks great! Highly recommend.

Brad from Apex took my call @ about 10:00 by about 10:30 they were on their way to install a downdraft gas cooktop. Efrain and Jonathan completed the job, in a timely fashion. That’s including uninstall and reinstalling new cooktop.
I’m a first time customer also. Great work!

It has been a long time since I hired a contractor who came into my home and actually took pride in their workmanship! These guys were wonderful to work with and cleaned up when they were done. Highly highly highly recommend!
