I called Diamond’s Washer & Dryer Service due to my dryer not heating. Mr. Rodriguez answered quickly, gave me a time he would be by. He was prompt, upfront, professional and quick. Service price was reasonable.

Sunday availability...scheduled within an hour...on time...”knows his business”...two items needed replacement...original equipment parts... very reasonable price...whole process was less than two hrs...90 day warranty...on a Sunday at noon. You would be smart to stop looking and go ahead and call Diamond (Mr. Rodriquez).

Replaced heating element same day on our dryer. Quick and reasonably priced. This is our 2nd time calling, 1st time was with our washer and received same quick response and quick repair. I would definitely recommend to others for their washer and dryer repairs.

Mr. Cruz was extremely nice and professional. He fixed my dryer in 30 minutes and also gave me tips to prevent my heating elements from burning out again. I would highly recommend him.

I see a 4 star review and have no clue what they expected. I called this man and he was here within 2 hours and was out before an hour. The work was flawless and he was the most professional handyman/repairman I have worked with. 100% will use him again. Also, normally you get what you pay for but this man sells himself short. Keep that in mind.

Mr. R was prompt, knowledgable and very fairly priced. He fixed it quickly, checked the parts to make sure I wouldn't have additional problems and cleaned up the area and the machine before he left. I had called others who wanted to charge me close to $100 just to look at it. Diamond's was only $20 service call, when then gets applied if you hire him to fix it. Good, professional way to do business. For sure I will use him again and recommend him to others.

Cruz came out property on short notice the same day we called ,luckily he was able squeeze us in and diagnosed my moms used dryer we had bought.He determined the part needed wasn’t available asap ,so we showed him our older one which was broken as well. In minutes, he was able diagnose it and get it going again😎straight to the problem, reasonable price and courteous. My mom finally has her dryer back 👍
