Called G&D for a electric oven repair job,I Called around 11:30 am got to my home around 11:45,I live just down the road from their business and was out the door by 1200pm decent price for a used electric oven burner $120 for the part and labor.very respectful and professional 👍 I do highly recommend thank you for your honesty J & D

They had my fridge back to New in just 2 days . First day diagnostic and part was in next day , and PPE was used when in my home .

He showed up on Christmas Eve when he could have been home with his family. He gave me an unbelievable fair price, went several extra miles to fix a complex situation and brought a dead fridge back to life that would have been scrapped by anyone else. I called this place to find a technician to fix my dryer, they transfer my call to Fixpros appliance services, they send a technician and he didn’t fix my dryer and besides that, I gave him more than the 50 per cent that he was asking and he never came back. I will not recommend this place and Fixpros, because they have no good technician

It was Sunday and I needed a part. Even though it was a part he didn't have, he gave me advise free of charge to keep it running.. Didn't want to come out and charge me, just helped a guy out. Can only imagine how good he takes care of his paying customer.

D&T is so amazing. I recieved a prompt call back, accurate information, and was serviced same day! My dryer was up and running in under an hour! D & T will be our go-to repair from now on for their 5 star service.

I could not be more pleased. Tony arrived in less than an hour. He asked a few questions, then quickly figured out the problem. He had the replacement part in his truck and had my dishwasher working quickly. The fee to make the initial diagnosis was a little higher than some services (only by 5 or 10 dollars), but by the time he was finished, the overall cost was lower than I expected, and the quality of the service was exceptional: honest, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. I’ll be calling D&T for all my appliance repair needs in the future.

This is the 2nd time A to Z has come out and the service has been outstanding! Very friendly and the technicians work very diligently and their customer service is above and beyond 5 stars! We did have a miss communication on the return trip but other than that everything was great. Strongly recommend them for your appliance needs

Totally Incompetent!
Sent two technicians to figure out why my brand new Maytag won't dispense ice through the door. I told them the ice clumps in the bin and until you loosen up the ice in the freezer it won't come out. Both technicians didn't even try to dispense ice through door before opening the ice bin thus loosening the ice. Then like " magic" the ice comes through the door and they claim they fixed it! I called their manager and he said he was too busy to speak to me to call another company. This is after they had already been paid by my warranty company for services. What a scam! DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY! They don't don't know what they are doing.

My husband and I have been without a working dishwasher for over two months. It took them 1 month to get us on their schedule to come look at it and now it’s been a month since that appointment and they keep pushing back our repair date (without calling to verify the day works for us) because they don’t have the part. Terrible service. Call literally any other appliance repair team if you can.
