This company and Mr. Cruz were awesome. Had issues with my washing machine after the great Texas Winter storm of 2021. Came out promptly recognized the issue immediately and gave a great quote and was able to repair/replace with in 30 min. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for any repairs.

I called and he was at my apartment to repair my dryer within the hour! He fixed it quickly and for a super reasonable price and explained to me how to extend the life as well. Very nice and professional and my cat gave him the stamp of approval as well!

Great service! Mr. Rodriguez was so sweet and understanding when we discovered my washer was working fine after it mysteriously stopped in the middle of a wash. We laughed about it. His visit fee was very reasonable and a lot less expensive than other services. Thank you! 🙏 Hopefully we don't need to call him any time soon, but if we do, we know who to call!

Called him and explained my situation, he advised me to check my factory warranty first (that was nice of him to suggest that). Called manufacturer and it was out of factory warranty so i called him back and he said he could be at my house in about 1 hour. Got here in time got to work and got it done. Just like that he got my dryer working again. Worth every penny. He even gave me a cool sticker! Definitely would recommend and use him in the future.

Had a washing machine problem - it was draining and adding more water at the same time and wouldn’t stop .
I called Diamond’s and they said they could be out between 12 and 1 .
Mr Rodriguez arrived in the time frame, called me when he arrived to ask which door i’d like him to use and where he should park -
He diagnosed the issue, gave me a reasonable price quote and had the parts on his truck!

In less than an hour my repair was completed.

I am very happy with this company. I think the company is really just one man, but he showed up quickly, fixed the problem in one day and charged me a fair price. I texted a follow up question the next day and he answered it quickly. He obviously has a great deal of experience with washers and dryers. I had one part that was completely worn out, and another that he said could wait. I chose to have both parts replaced, but I appreciated his honesty.

Was nice & quick to come by (I literally called and he was at my home within 2 hours). Though there wasn’t actually anything wrong with my dryer (found out it was my breaker), I know he would have fixed it. Reasonably priced too.

I called at 9:30 am and he was here by 10:15 even though he said he would be here at Noon. He was quick and experienced about my washer and figured out what the problem was. Even though my Maytag no longer made any parts because they're greedy and utilize planned obsolesence methods he advised me on washers and what to expect with the new models that are out. I appreciated his expediousness and experience with appliances, and was very fair on the pricing. Totally worth the call and experience, will use again.

CRUZ was quick, professional, friendly and was quick to assess and find the problem. After a quick trip for part he was in and out and money well spent! Clothes drying even quicker now too!

My refrigerator was not cooling.i did not have all the money to pay. They fixed my refrigerator and they waited for a week so that i can pay them.God bless you all.

They waste your time. Kept telling me the tech was on his way. Never showed up. Office stopped answer my calls after I spent an entire Thursday night and Saturday waiting for them to show up. Find someone else you can depend on.
