Guy was friendly enough but HE FAILED TO FIX MY DISHWASHER. Replaced a part, still couldn't get it going, admitted he wasn't familliar with the GE model i had, fiddled some more, quoted me another part that cost $180 (i declined this)....so $95 to schedule, $44 for the part, another $86 for whatever the $95 didn't cover so i've spent $225 with nothing to show for it!? I still have dish pan hands!? and then you want another $180?? I could have bought a new dishwasher at this point. BUYER BEWARE!! You may pay through the nose and have nothing to show for it, take your money elsewhere my friends. I suspect this is a national chain (and quite possibly a scam) when you call their number you get sent to a dispatch, when you look up that dispatch they have awful yelp and bbb reviews, wish I would have seen those before. The address they list is actually just a parking garage downtown next to SAPD's downtown station. Look up The Appliance Repair Men yelp reviews and bbb reviews, they list themselves under "GE Repairs" locally sometimes and hundreds of stories like mine.

Five-star service all around. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and were very transparent about the costs. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

They made everything easy. Booking was fast, the quote was clear, and the repair process was smooth. It’s rare to find such honest and professional service these days.

DONT EVER CALL THIS PLACE....they will give your number out & your be getting scams call every 10-20mins & you cant remove your request for services from their system because they keep hanging up when you ask to be remove from call list! JUST keep calling them until they listen to be removed.
Do not call services is down because of the government shut down but doesn't mean to keep calling which is harassing if ya keep calling!!!!

Highly recommended! They fixed our broken freezer on short notice. The technician was knowledgeable and explained everything in plain terms. The cost was far lower than replacing the unit—worth every penny.
