Extremely responsive. Called for a dishwasher install and they came out the next day to complete. Installer was friendly and professional.

Do not recommend this service. I was buying basic appliances for my kitchen and was charged $75 just to take measurements before installation. The measurements turned out to be incorrect. When I requested for him to return to resolve, I never heard from him again.

Fantastic service and very professional team. I had a gas leak and Brett walked me through turning off the gas until his team could be out here today. Both Robert and Weston were awesome! I'll definitely be using Apex again! Thank you all so much!!!

Replaced a faulty gas cooktop. Got to our request within a day. Brett, Robert and the crew did an outstanding job. They identified several issues that existed with the old install and went above and beyond identifying an issue with the cooktop vent-a-hood that needed to be addressed by the builder. Wish we had hired them for the initial appliance install. Will definitely use them for any future needs.

Called this business as a recommended supplier for Angi’s list. The first call, I was told how much he didn’t like being part of that referral service, and that he was moving and would I wait till the following week. I agreed, but did not receive any calls or texts from him. After the next weekend I called him again and was told that he had his child at that moment and would call when she was picked up. He has not contacted me in any way. 1 Star is more than this business deserves.

I called after trying eight (yes, eight) different connection adapters for a gas line on a dryer. I was sure it must be metric or something. Brett worked with me over the phone out of the kindness of his heart to help me through it. When I reassessed, the one adapter I had needed had fallen behind the box out of sight. Finally, I got it running. His kindness and willingness to help will definitely keep me coming back for my repair needs. What a fantastic experience.

I had received a brand new microwave but didn't realize that my home warranty didn't include the uninstalling and disposal of the old microwave. So I called all kinds of appliance repair companies but they didn't do that kind of work or charged too much!!!

So I found home advisor and put my name in for bids. Luckily Brett from Apex called me and gave me a very nice quote. His guys knew what they were doing and were also very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend them and will definitely call on them again!!! Plus they give you a yrs warranty on their installation!!!

I was referred to Apex for assistance with a dishwasher installation. Brett was immediately responsive with great customer service. He made arrangements to come out quickly, and he has answered additional questions as they arose. I will definitely continue to utilize Apex for future needs, and I highly recommend!

Did a home renovation and this was the worst sub I had. Bought thermador appliances, fridge, range, hood, microwave, dishwasher and kitchen aid compactor. Didn’t show up on the day scheduled. Gave my contractors dimensions to build out for two items and both of their measurements were wrong. Too many errors to go into details but my contractor had to finish the install and reinstall all but one item. His crew didn’t have the basic tools needed to do the job and left without completing work but saying it was done. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Very knowledgeable, fixed the dryer without having to schedule multiple trips, stayed till the job was done. Very Happy with the service.
