If I could leave a zero I would, I’ve been without a washer for what will now be 2 months, they have no sense of urgency. The lady said well we’re hiring if you know any technicians! Between whirlpool and a to z, if my home didn’t come with this washer i wouldn’t buy them! It took 15 days to get a tech out to my house and part delayed until the 6th of June , when it was delivered at 11:30am! The day it was supposed to be installed. Just for them to now schedule me for June 27th.

This has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had. The original issue with my KitchenAid refrigerator — not holding temperature and making a loud buzzing sound — started back in December. It took them a month just to come out the first time.
They eventually installed a part in January, which failed within three months. I contacted them again in April, but they couldn’t come out until May. When they finally did, the tech confirmed the part they had installed was faulty and said they would order a replacement and return in June to complete the fix.
I had an appointment scheduled for yesterday, but they no-showed without any warning. When I followed up, I was told it would be another 3 weeks before anyone could come — and instead of honoring the commitment or even just sending me the part, they decided to issue a partial refund (for only one of the charges) and completely close the case.
That’s nearly six months, three appointments, a failed repair, and now I’m still without a working refrigerator — and out nearly $400.
The worst part? Throughout all of this, I was told by the technicians (the same techs under their previous company name) that my warranty would remain valid. Now that they’ve changed names and are “fully booked,” they’re just walking away from the problem.
This company does not stand behind its work, honors no accountability, and provides no real customer support. Avoid them at all costs. -
A to Z was contracted to repair my new oven for a carbon monoxide leak by Whirlpool. They came to my house, looked at the oven said it was fine to use and that there was no leak after fixing/replacing nothing. I had CPS come out to double check the same day and CPS found the leak was still present and not fixed.

Just like others have stated I would run from this company they absolutely have zero customer service. Had to wait a month just to get the appointment and the text said they would let me know the window time on Friday for my Monday's appointment and they didn't send me a window time until Monday at 6:52 a.m. that they'd be here at 8:00 to 9 a.m. then the technician just opened the freezer and didn't do any diagnostic . the part that they sent him with was the wrong part he also said they had the wrong serial number by one number and when I called to speak to a manager they just argued and then the manager argued no apologies and then said I needed to go elsewhere after waiting a month. Missed a whole day of work and now to find a certified Whirlpool technician. Wish we could give zero stars and I rarely write reviews.

Isaac came in spent 20 minutes and fixed the washer. He was so quiet the dogs didn’t even know he was here. This was the best appliance fix, I have ever experienced. I will be calling them again if needed!

We contacted A to Z for a Whirlpool Oven/Microwave combo that the microwave was acting up on. They sent Jeff as our technician. He has been by far the most knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to getting the job done right in the past 30 years!!! We most definitely recommend A to Z and our technician Jeff.

Terrible and shady service experience.
This is now my third scheduled warranty appointment for my Whirlpool dishwasher, and the issue still has not been properly addressed.
At the first appointment, the technician was supposed to pull the dishwasher out to inspect it but never did. Instead, he blamed the problem on the countertop without fully investigating.
During a later visit, the technician, Gabriel, told me he would need to troubleshoot further and said he would contact my home builder (I provided the builder’s contact information). After following up myself, I learned Gabriel never contacted the builder.
Most recently, I was told that Gabriel came to my home, pulled out the dishwasher, and confirmed everything was fine. This is completely untrue no such visit occurred. He also blamed the installation, which is not the issue. The builder has installed this exact dishwasher model in his own home and in multiple identical homes without this problem.
The actual issue is water and moisture buildup beneath our granite countertops that comes through the top of the dishwasher area.
On a previous visit, I overheard Gabriel on the phone being told to call a work number to get him out of my appointment so he could move on to another job because he didn’t have time to complete the work at my home. All of this was recorded because I had a feeling this company was going to continue dismissing the issue.
Additionally, the technicians have not listened when I try to explain the problem. My concerns have repeatedly been dismissed, and the appliance itself has not been thoroughly evaluated.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and contacting a local news station. -
Took them 8 weeks to fix my washer... I didn't choose A to Z. I filed a claim through my home warranty, and they chose A to Z. First appointment, they come out and order a replacement part, fine. Then they came back 2 more times and had to order 2 more parts. Issues with not getting the 1st available appointment after the technician said it would be, and putting in requests myself. Now it's been 6 weeks, and I have to wait longer because all appointments are booked... There is no calling, just a stupid text thing, and I asked for a manager to call me over and over, and finally, a week later, 2 days before my appointment, they call. Emily was horribly passive-aggressive to me and had no sympathy for not having a working washer for 8 weeks. I really just wanted an apology for dropping the ball with me. 0/10 would NOT recommend. Thank goodness I have family who is retired and could meet the technician. I would not have had the time off work to meet the technician 7 times in the past 8 weeks.

Terrible terrible and terrible experience with the company. After numerous appointments under the extended warranty ( whatever you do do not sign out for it) They don’t hold their agreement. Back in November, the washer would not drain a technician came out four or five different times each time claiming it was a different issue. They flooded my house because the technician didn’t secure the hose when he was completing the work and now I have over $20,000 in damages.
