I booked them for a kitchen equipment repair

They sent a technician who knows nothing about the equipment and he was not carrying the required equipment and wasted 1 hour 15 mins time to pull a wire that can be easily achieved in 5 mins with something like fish cable
They are very overpriced
We paid for technician incompetence and for a half baked job.
He did not seal the openings properly with a food grade
They charged me exorbitant prices for the cheap materials they used

I would stay away and try to use an alternate option if possible. They will try and upcharge for services and the work is not quality. Owners are unprofessional as well.

they will encourage you to take your appliance/s to them and will provide you with a crazy estimate and of course you not going to pay that so they will make you pay over $100 just LOOKING AT IT .
stay away from this business as they are horrible and you will regret doing business with them.
