Kris was fantastic, great service, he showed me what the issues were and fixed them on the spot. Best part…. He did not gouge me on price. I am very happy. He also gave me 90 days to call him if i had any issues free of charge.

Kris is a very fast and very organized technician.
He repaired the dryer very quickly and in less than an hour.
He was very pro-active in asking for model numbers before coming out so that he could be prepared with additional parts for my particular dryer model.

One day my 3 year old dishwasher stopped working while my husband was out of town. I called Kris to inquire about the cost to have him diagnose and repair it. We spoke twice and the second time when I described what was happening, he mentioned that it could sometimes be a very simple thing like a kink in a line or the water turned off. All of a sudden it hit me that my husband had been working under the sink and he probably turned it off!!! Kris saved us time and money by just trouble shooting over the phone. We are so grateful for such an honest guy. The next time we actually have real trouble with an appliance we will call Kris!

Kris was great. Came and looked at my washing machine. Unfortunately he had to break the new to me that between parts and labor to fix the machine it was going to cost about the same as getting a new machine. He save me a lot of time and money by being honest and not just changing parts until it was fixed. Would definitely call him up in the future if I needed anything fixed.

Kris came out to look at a leaking washing machine. He arrived on time and very quickly, to my chagrin, diagnosed the problem in about five minutes as a bad water line. I didn't even think to look at that. Kris checked a few other things to make sure that was the only issue and fortunately that was it. Very reasonable rate, prompt service, I'll be using them in the future.

If you need any repairs on dryers, Volt Dryer Repair and Dryer Vent Cleaning is excellent. I had my vent cleaned this month and a past year by Volt. I feel secure knowing that I won’t have a dryer fire. Volt also made a repair on my older dryer that I have had for years and hope to continue using thanks to Kris, Volt owner.

I called Volt and had a technician come out the very next day. My washer ended up having a circuit board issue which would be as costly to repair as it would be to buy a new washer. Kris was honest and explained the problem thoroughly as well as my options. He had previously been out to fix my washer which was too far gone to save for the money and then helped my locate another. Great in communicating the issues and reasonable in his pricing. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Kristopher is an incredible repair man and overall a really nice guy. I called them after seeing some great reviews and I’m so glad I did. Heating went out and I replaced everything I could personally heating element wise and explained my dryer was still not producing heat. He was personable and looked at everything I replaced (all good) but went a step further and still looked at all the other aspects and didn’t just try to price out and replace everything. He took the time to talk me through the process and found the issue with the timer. Super quick turnaround with ordering parts and the final repair. Also super affordable prices and worth every penny! 10/10 would recommend these guys for your repair needs!
