The repairman stated the dishwasher was over sudsing. Not sure that is even a thing. He ran it a few times and said it just needed to be rinsed with fresh water. 2 days later it happened again so I scheduled another appointment. Apparently your site was down so antonio said it would cost $500 to repair and he was canceling the appointment because I told him it was not worth paying him. I ended up buying a seal for $28 and the machine is fine.
I am not sure Antonio knows what he is doing.

George did a Great Job on fixing our dryer. Explained what the problem was and fixed the problem. The plus was that he was bilingual!

Jeremiah was extremely polite and helpful. He worked very quickly and was very courteous.

I advised him no more problems with washer and he took back the part I had. He was very friendly and professional.

Very unhappy, frustrated, with all of you'll because since May you'll have been trying to fix my washer opp!!! Let me refrase you'll have not been trying to fix my washer. Johnathon was great. He communicated with me so I knew he was on his way. He explained everything and my dishwasher is again working well. Thank you. I was unhappy as I scheduled the visit and could not speak with a human on the phone. I needed 1-5 instead of 8-5 due to a class I have in the mornings. It is very frustration to only communicate with AI And, you have the wrong phone number for me. I kept trying to correct it, but couldn't. Thank goodness Jonathon knew about my timing and had my phone number from a previous visit. He helped mediate the stress.

No stars for Andrew. He came ill prepared without necessary parts to repair the dislodged vent pipe. The issue was not fixed. Andrew patch the connection with foul tape provided by me and the vent duct came loose when he left. I cannot tell you how displeased I am with Sears and the poor representative sent for the repair.

The repairman never showed up after waiting all day long and did not let me know anything then after 5pm he said I declined service!
Absolutely ridiculous!

Jose was fantastic. Knew how to fix the AC but was so much more than just checking a box. Pointed out other areas of future concern for my knowledge and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. Great experience.

My AC is still not cooling. AC tech set thermostat at 78° an hour ago and it is still 85° in my house. I would’ve thought it would drop a degree or two in the hour

I should have known better to call some fly by night company. I should have called Sears first but I was too impatient. Lesson learned. My tech Eddy knew exactly what to fix on my Kenmore washing machine and got it done quickly for a very reasonable price. I would recommend Sears for any appliance repair.

After 5 attempts and installing 3 parts. Fridge is still not working. I had already 2 weeks no Fridge. Update had to schedule another appointment still not fixed and 2 times no show. Almost 3 weeks no working fridge. Can't even reach a real person on the phone.
