He was determined to get to house and fix our refrigerator. The other two guys, Juan and Jeremy just couldn't do the job. He worked on it for 21/2 hours till he got the job done.

Technician was super nice and informative. He explained everything he was going to do and why. Very friendly and respectful.

The person was friendly and polite. He knew what was wrong and was able to fix it fast. I would definitely recommend for other repairs.

Technician was professional, efficient and helpful....
Communication with main scheduling system is lame...do not count on speaking with a human...that is impossible... AI system gave me five confirmations for specific date then after no one showed, it tried to tell me appointment was for next day. -
Johnathan was awesome. His attention to detail on all 9 if my appliances was above the 5 star option. He determine I needed repairs on my washer and dryer, he ordered the parts and set up return appointments to fix them both. He treated my appliances like they were his "own" mom's.

Johnathan and his trainee Andrew were here again replacing the felt and belt on my dryer. Awesome work once again. Sad to see Johnaton moving from San Antonio, good luck in Corpus Christie. -
Teach was very knowledgeable. Gave honest opinions on all questions. I truly appreciated that. If I have any other issues I would like for him to come back.

Jeremiah was very honest, friendly competent. His customer service skills are outstanding and kept me assured with both the diagnosis and repair, that the right thing was being done. Jeremiah went out of his way to accommodate our appointment and I’m extremely happy with the outcome.

Ernesto came when he said he would. He was very polite and kind with a great work ethic. He got right into the repair and was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. Ernest represents your company well.

Worse experience ever! Technician was at my house for 10 minutes, didn’t seem to know what he was doing, told me no parts were available for my microwave and charged me over $260. I can understand a $50 or $60 service charge to come to my house but $260 is way, way beyond reasonable.

Our technician, Andrew Garza from San Antonio, Texas was excellent! We have had Sears appliances since 2017. Since then, I’ve had the Preventative Maintenance Agreement. However, Andrew is the FIRST technician to analyze the problem. He took the dryer apart by looking inside it,, vacuumed the dirty areas, and finally cleared the D80 code! He was outstanding! He is the FIRST one to clean it this well!

Our overall experience with the technicians would be a five. The repair cost to fix the washing machine lid, we consider as over priced. I understand the work, parts that come with it, but that is more than the purchase price. Thank you

Sebastian fixed our furnace perfectly! He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Our heat is back on, and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended

My Sears technician was very informative about anything that I had to ask him regarding what he was going to be doing with my washer. He was also very informative on the do’s and don’ts about what could make my older washer last even longer. I couldn’t have asked for a better technician… He was super friendly & fast at his job. He went above & beyond at fixing my washer leak.

I was disappointed in the service this time; the whole process, not so much the technician. It is impossible to talk to a real person, you deal with AI on line. The tech came out, diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes, ordered the part and set up the next appointment. He had me pay for the whole repair upfront, even though the email had indicated I wouldn't pay for the whole repair until it was completed. They did not come to the first scheduled appointment and didn't notify me until late in the scheduled time that they were not coming. I then had to set up another appointment. This time the technician arrived as scheduled, fixed the washer in about a half hour. The labor with tax was $324.00. I thought that was pretty steep for a job of that lenghth. I asked if he was going to test it, but that wasn't part of the process. He left and didn't even plug it back in. When I tried washing the first load, I thought it didn't work at all until I realized he had left it unplugged. I am not sure if I would use Sear's repair service again. I had bought the washer from Sears so that seemed like the best place to call for a repair.

We have scheduled over 10 visits for the same appliance and it is still not fixed. They promise a replacement but good luck- they never follow through. Don’t waste your money.

Wont purchase appliances from lowes again!! Bought a lemon and after at least half a dozen service calls still same crap!! Half burns my food and other half takes hours to cook!! Wasted so much food! Have to pick up or dine out when our children come into town! What a waste of
Money, time! Next time I think we’ll stick to Home Depot! -
The tech, Ernesto, was great, very patient, understanding, and explained very well to ensure I understood. The process in getting Ernesto out to look at my machine was much more difficult. The wrong appliance was chosen by default, then the appt was scheuled for a 9 hour window, until Ernesto called at 3pm to state he would be arriving between 5pm and 6pm, I had no idea when he would arrive. Then when I attempted to correct the work order from my dryer to my washer, then I had to make a whole new work order and wait 4 days for the availability.
If there were options to what company you can get a service call done thru, then I would probably use a different service, but would want Ernesto to be that service person to come, since thats not possible, I will say, there are much worse companies to have to work with. I am appreciative, it could be much more stressful than the minor complications I had to with Sears! -
My service guy was very polite. He explained everything and he gave me great advice to get insurance with you all. What a beautiful blessing.

Horrible service!! The technician was lazy, and told me stuff that was completely made up. My a/c was not cooling correctly and the inside coil froze up. It wasn’t frozen when he showed up because I turned the system off. He first changed out the capacitor on the outside unit, but reported to my home warranty company that he changed out the thermostat. Then he had to add more Freon, which I suspected it was low, and said there’s a Freon leak, but he didn’t know where in the coil and couldn’t fix it. He said he would report the leak to the warranty company and submit the pics he took, but he didn’t do that either. Then he didn’t even address the high humidity issue I complained about, the house stays at 50-60% humidity all the time. I told him I wanted the Freon leak fixed before my home warranty expires. His first comment was to extend the warranty, then he said to set the thermostat lower so the Freon would leak out quicker, which is completely false. Very annoyed and frustrated with the absolute crappy service!!! The technician and his helper were there all of 20 minutes, with most of the time it was me trying to get him to fix the leak, which again he wouldn’t.

Kris fixed my LGE washer and educated me on what the problem was very thorough. Definitely would use him again!
