Home Depot services are great . Had our front door done by them with a lifetime warranty & they did an excellent job. Still doing great.

On November 18th I was helped by two very helpful gentlemen in the plumbing section. We found what i needed to install a gas space heater. When i got home, one of the connectors was missing from the package i had purchased. On November 19th, i returned and spoke with a very helpful young lady in customer service. She asked for assistance from one of her coworkers, a lady named Belinda. Belinda brought a selection of packages to the customer service desk and was very rude, even a bit surly, asking me which piece was needed. When i replied, pointing at the connector i needed, she responded even more rudely, questioning my understanding of what i needed. Even the customer service lady was embarrassed by Belinda's behavior. She does not represent what is best about Home Depot.

MAJOR SHOUT OUT SERVICE DESK MATT FOR HELPING I had an issue with food grade buckets that I purchased and had to bring them back in order to get assistance to properly install them together because the lid is apparently requiring Hulk Hogan to close and I am only 120 lbs with the upper arm strength of a penguin Matthew definitely went up Above & Beyond

Leo and Caleb in the flooring department did an awesome job assisting us get the carpet and right amount we needed. It was a hassle in the beginning to seek the help until they arrived in the clutch. Thank-you guys.great job keep up the good work...lets go

Hard to find anyone for help

Worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to. Store is dirty. I could not find a single flatbed to use to gather my lumber because they were all being used by store employees for stock which none of which had been put up. Many of the items I was looking for had no pricing. I will never be back to this Home Depot.

Carlos is the man in doors and windows! He looked at our plans, worked with us and gave us a great estimate! Cookie at the kitchen design department is awesome!!! Very knowledgeable and tons of experience - she thinks of everything!
