What a great company! The experience was immaculate from the initial service call all the way to the end of the project. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable! I would definitely recommend Baird to others. My wife and I are very satisfied and worry free now. 10/10!
Crew members: Daniel Montoya, Carl O., Zach A., and Alejandro O. The inspector Brandon Villanueva was nothing short of amazing as well. Great job guys! -
My Crew Evan, Derrick, Jimmy and Foreman William were very polite and professional. They explained everything they were doing and asked me to come outside and watch the process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs foundation work.

Jesus and the two other workers did an awesome job! All of them were very polite & professional too! They explained everything from the beginning to the end what they were going to do & what the results would be like. Looks great no more big opening between the concrete & the house. Looks brand new again. I am very, very happy with my carport. What a great job! Thank Jesus & your crew that worked with you on my carport!!!!

Had my entire foundation stabilized by Baird Foundation Repair. My team of Luis Rojas, Chris, Moses, Leo and Jimmy were awesome, very polite and professional. They kept me informed daily and where always on time when they said they would arrive. They work very well well together as everyone seemed to have a role and knew exactly what to do and when. It’s was nice to see them every day and how well coordinated they operated. 110 % satisfied.

Top notch. Showed up before scheduled time, stayed on it and kept me informed the entire way through. Highly professional. Great to see customer service skills like theirs still exist. I would highly recommend to anyone, and will be passing out there cards.

Colin and Brandon were excellent! They arrived on time and were very courteous and polite. I had many questions and they answered all of them in a way that I could easily understand. They made me feel like a valued customer and I I appreciated how efficient they were in replacing the kitchen faucet.

A&A were absolute life savers! When we had a plumbing emergency every other plumber I had called going down the Google list gave me a two week wait time, but A&A came right out and saved the day! They were quick, courteous, and extremely efficient! They'll be my first call from now on!

If it was possible to give more than 5 stars, I would do it. A&A was incredible. Ericka was extremely friendly and polite. She worked with me and answered all of my questions. They came to my house and were very respectful and courteous. The job was done quickly and I was completely satisfied. I would absolutely use this company again if I needed them in the future.

A&A Sewers was contracted to install a Fire line on my property in New braunfels. During the pump test on September 4th, some rock/debris was noted in the Pump, which could only have come from the Fire line as the Tank on site was built according to Fire code with features preventing debris from entering the Fire line. A&A sewers refused to investigate the matter in a site visit, answer phone calls or warranty the service. A&A sewers had passed Fire Marshall inspection, but the undeniable fact is that rocks/debris were found in the fire pump and A&A sewers was unwilling to even cooperate or investigate the matter with the customer. A&A sewers was unwilling to warranty its services or even answer phone calls about a customer complain. This was a clear breach of contract, which was for the services AND warranty on those services.
A&A Sewers got paid and left the customer hanging in a TERRIBLE situation. Had to hire someone else to come finish the work since A&A was unwilling to warrant their services. -

Not impressed.

Just rude

Very unwelcoming to rush customers out the door and tell them there's a limited time until registers close.
You make money by sales. -
Ordered a countertop on July 6, paid for it July 11. Told "2 to 3 weeks for install". Contractor for Home Depot measured on July 20. Home Depot (#588 on Dezavala Road) dropped the ball and forgot to call us to approve measurements. Found that out on August 5. No counter. Talked to Marcus (assistant manager) on Aug 13. Still no counter. I had to call today to find out it's "being fabricated" and will not be ready until August 29. Then a week to wait for contractor to schedule it. That makes the install sometime around Sept. 7. A call to the coroprate "customer service" at Home Depot did nothing to hurry this thing up. Meanwhile we are washing dishes in our downstairs bathroom sink!! Oh and a sign outside the store says counters installed 7 days from payment. Yeah....right.

Refrigerator-freezer gave it up, had to find one that was the right size, & great price. Delivered soon, & take the old one away.
Ralph at home depot was honest & tremendously helpful. Stainless to match other kitchen appliances.
Gave dad a super price, & delivered this week.
His Son is the Best, measured several times, we both did research.
We have helped dad save a lot of money over the years. -
Tool rental and truck Rental area -there is a Large lack of customer service skills.
I walked up and an attendant decided to walk away and go check his schedule and the other she walked away to the back to move equipment. No greeting or just one moment.
I saw them purposely hang up on calls coming in from customers. In that same time frame a customer came back with a said broken tool rented, saying they reached by phone and no one answered. They’re told that they have to pay full price for the broken rental because they didn’t call. When asking for details about renting a Truck I’m given the ‘wtf look’. -
You need it. They got it. They don't got it... they'll order it. Went in for special-order item received it one day ahead of schedule. Email notification and call picked it up and installed it same night with an excellent outcome.

They have changed the register design at the contractor check out to self serve options (I think?) Sometimes a cashier will help you. It is kind of confusing and I don't know why they did it. The cashiers are always really nice and helpful people though so no real complaint.

I walked in to purchase boxes of tile. A young man working the area was just finishing up an install & was speaking to 2 white ladies. The ladies left the area as I had located what I was looking for. The boxes of tile were heavy & he saw me struggling with it & decided to ask me if I needed help ONLY AFTER I had finished getting the box in the cart with help from my daughter. Guess he didn't think a Hispanic woman had money to spend in that store!
