Wanted to share that we were a little skeptical about getting this type of work done but after meeting Juan and Jackie my thoughts and mind was set at ease. They worked tirelessly and meticulously throughout the day explaining the process and always reassuring my wife and I that the work being performed would be one we would be happy with at the end of the day. Well that moment came and we were happy with how they conducted themselves always putting our feelings and needs first. My wife and I were pleased with both the customer service and outcome of the final product. Gave my house great curb appeal which was one of our goals. You’ve got good people in Juan and Jackie. The entire team were FANTASTIC!!! Everyone was very respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and non aggressive about the project. They were very educational & explained the Whats & Whys so I could make a sound decision, even if decided to choose another company. A SHOUT OUT to the crew Foreman Alic V, Derick M, & Luis G. They worked well together, always kept me updated, & cleaned up the area once completed. The crew was very patient as they worked around my work from home schedule.

The team of Mondo, Sadorian and foreman Roland were so professional and knowledgeable. All our questions were answered concerning our foundation repair. Their work ethic is awesome!! We are now seeing some of the cracks close up. Great job!! We would definitely recommend Baird Foundation to anyone needing foundation repairs!!! A+ company!!!!!

The crew (Shawn, Alejandro and Jesus) was hard working, diligent and professional. I don’t think they wasted one minute as soon as they started on the job. Shawn provided me with information and was very patient and respectful of my time. I’m pleased with my decision to go with your company. I know I made the right choice.

Great job by all members of install crew. Juan was Foreman and was assisted by Daniel and Thomas. All three team members did excellent job leveling our ac pad and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend Baird foundation repair and this crew in particular. Job well done guys.

I was not going to leave a review but I keep receiving messages to leave one. I received the last one at midnight so here is my review. The main person I spoke to the day of the work was nice. I was getting foam underneath my driveway and walk due to erosion issues. My new house is almost only 3 yrs old. The seams were redone...great. But a stress fracture occurred and I was told it was due to the concrete not being thick enough. Well, I was getting this done to avoid all that - I was worried if I didn't get this addressed, this would happen or worse . So they dug it out wider so they could patch it. There was also a nearby smaller one missed. They then sealed all which does work ...I see water beading. I do not know what to think, obviously I am disappointed but not sure what or who is at fault.

Got two sides of my house foundation stabilized and am very happy with the results. William M., Shawn L., and Evan T. we're great to work with. The whole team was polite and professional. The foreman William took time to answer all my questions through the process. I feel I got great value for my money.

You could not ask for better service than Baird Foundation. The crew that worked on my house Joshua, Luis and Moses were professional hard working but yet took the time to explain to me what and how they were doing things. Remarkable group of guys. Plus when finished they did an excellent job of cleaning up my yard where they had dug. Thank you Baird so much for having outstanding employees.

Mike, Julian, and Jeremy did an outstanding job on our foundation. The crew was very punctual, courteous, and always keeping us informed of any issues that needed to be addressed. Mike is very knowledgeable and very down-to-earth and made our experience a less stressful one. We were so blessed to have such an amazing crew that took the time and patience with us. Dominic, Jackie, Roman, and Jeremy all went above and beyond the the stabilization and repair work on our patio. They had my husband out to discuss abnormal damage and how they would approach the fix. They were all very pleasant and professional making sure we were happy with their results. Two 👍🏼👍🏼!

From start to finish, my experience with Baird was exceptional. Every team member was kind, professional and took the time to clearly explain the entire process. My foreman, Jesus, along with Zachariah, Albert, and Josh, were incredibly knowledgeable, industrious, and demonstrated true integrity throughout the job.

My husband and I were treated very well by everyone at Baird. Both crews that completed the project were very knowledgeable and did exceptional work. 1st crew Daniel & his team, as well as 2nd team; Pena & Javier!

The guys did an awesome job, always polite, professional and left it tidy at the end of their day. Brandon was my foreman who held my hand through the whole process, it was stressful and emotional for me. Brandon kept me informed, always on time and explained everything. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Had a pool deck leveling job done. Courtney and Josh performed the work, they did great work. Raised the pad looks good and eliminated the trip hazard. They arrived on time cleaned up once job was completed. Good job.

Dealing with Baird was as easy as it gets. From the consultation to the installation. I was really impressed with the professionalism and amazing work from JAYDEN, LUIS R., and MOSES G. These guys went above and beyond! I had an emergency and had to leave my home. These gentleman made sure they cleaned up and closed my home safely. 100% trustworthy and honest. I’m still shocked on how they finished my home in 3 days. Hard working relentless guys. Extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I seriously hope this crew arrives at your doorstep the day you have your home leveled. A++++

We needed work for our HVAC pad, pool equipment pad, and pool decking. Brendan did the initial assessment and provided an estimate for all work. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to talk to. Then, Josh S. and Xavier C. came to do the work. They were a very competent, conscientious, and hardworking team who did a thorough cleanup before departing. We are very happy with the final results. Thank you!

Pool deck and patio were sinking and cracking, so we got the concrete leveling service. Jackie was in charge of our project and she was great - very professional and knowledgeable, explained things, answered my questions throughout and paid attention to details. Ryan was also great and made sure that all my concerns were addressed. Courtney really seemed to know what she was doing with the foam injection, as well as another young woman (whose name I can't remember) who was also involved with the foam injection. Throughout the day Aaron and Jesus stayed busy 100% of the time, caulking gaps, cleaning up the job site, helping with jacks, moving tools when needed and they stuck to it until the last minute and until every bit was done. Marco was also very knowledgeable, worked hard and answered questions throughout the day. The entire team were very friendly and stayed busy ...I wish I could remember all their names because they were all professional and hard working. We are happy with the outcome and confident that Baird stands behind their work. The crew really seemed to care that we were satisfied with the job. Thanks to all of you!

We had a few spots on our driveway and sidewalk concrete lifted, poly foam injected under all of it to fill the void spaces, and all the joints sealed. Initial consultation was great, and they gave us three price options and explained everything very well. Price seemed a little high, but I guess you get what you pay for. Installation team of Marco and Valerie were outstanding!!! They were quick, and explained everything they were doing. It looks so much better, and we’re happy with the work.

We had a great experience with the foundation stabilization project at our home. Foreman William Martinez and installers Jose Diaz and Darian Carrion were a group of super hard working people. William answered all of our questions and the result is a well done project. These individuals were always busy and worked exceptionally well as a team. William and the team worked closely with us to make sure we dealt with our sprinkler system the best way possible to allow them to get their work completed and minimize the potential damage to the irrigation system.
Update - Part 2 of our project was leveling our main entry sidewalk and sections of our pool deck, filling the voids under the sidewalk and pool deck and sealing cracks and expansion joints in our driveway across the front of the home. Jose and Justin from Baird did an awesome job!! They got a mid-day start on Friday but professionally tackled the job working as a team to get everything done. No one likes to work late on a Friday, but Jose and Justin stayed until everything was complete and to our satisfaction. Jose walked us through everything at the end of the job, recapping the work done in comparison to everything we had discussed when they arrived. Jose was very careful to avoid all the utilities that run under our pool deck but still get the needed work done successfully. These guys were great!!
I also want to compliment Roxanne back at the office for coordinating all the work, sending me copies of inspection reports, etc. We started this process with our initial visit by Kelby back in July, but postponed the work until October for personal reasons. The entire staff at Baird has been great to work with.

I had a great experience with Baird. From the sale rep, Dylan, who listened to our concerns and proposed several solutions for us to choose from. He was responsive and professional.

Roxy, our project manager, kept me informed about when the project was going to start (about 6 weeks from selecting an option and accepting the quote) which matched what we were told by Dylan. Roxy always had an answer for my question or would call me back when she got an answer to something she wasn’t sure about. I appreciate that.

Roland’s team who did the work was awesome! Roland, Mondo and Sadorian did great work. Roland would either call or text me when then were on the way or when they were delayed by weather. He always kept me informed about the loop. His whole team was always cheerful and professional.

After seeing the cracks in my house close once the foundation lift was done and all the doors open and close properly, I highly recommend Baird. I read some of the negative reviews from several years ago and my experience tells me that they listened to the feedback. From start to finish, working with Baird was very good and definitely worth it.
