Great pall to start working when your 18 and to keep on growing.

Terrible drivers. Wouldn’t hire them based on that alone. Driving the entire interstate in the left lane with a row of cars behind them.

They never show up at the scheduled time or don’t show up at all. If it were not for the service contract for the warranty work, I would not use them.

Your truck already has damage. Why would you try to run a red light as well?

Very poor customer service experience recently. I strongly do not recommend using them.

UPDATE: IES did end up resolving the issue with direction from the builder. They did a great job with good customer service.

DR Horton home. Previously good service, but now their phone line is down. And I still keep getting electrical issues with my garbage disposal and an outlet in my home. DR Horton warranty claims and IES are probably in bed with each other.

They are the electrician company hired by DR Horton and they are terrible. I am currently dealing with smoke alarms going off non-stop at my elderly parents house even after they came out and “fixed” the issue. I called them just now and they are closed, at 3:30 when they state they close at 4. I clicked the emergency option on their voice mail, mailbox is full. The customer service and quality of work is embarrassing.

Having your emergency number maintain a full mailbox is an absolute shameful and disgraceful business practice to boastfully claim #6 nationwide. What a joke

Finally got our backyard lights fixed just in time for the weekend. Honestly, I was worried it’d be a huge, expensive project because the wiring looked like a mess after the last storm, but the guy who came out was super chill and explained everything. He didn't try to upsell me on anything fancy either. It’s such a relief to actually sit on the patio without sitting in the dark! Definitely calling them again if things go sideways.
