Very professional, responsive, and reliable. Mike and Vanessa were a pleasure to work with. Their pricing is extremely reasonable, their quote was way less compared to some of their competitors and the quality of service was top notch. I will be hiring them for all of my water solution needs around the house. I highly recommend their services!

Micheal & his company were recommended to my family for a major issue I had. I had a major foundation problem & had to get the foundation leveled in late summer of 2020.
When that job was done (by a different foundation company) that other company may have caused damage to my pipes under the house.
Michael was extremely professional & explained everything, kept touch with me on what was happening.
We have a 5 year old and he was awesome talking to him too. Not many people take the time to talk to kids. That particular repair was a lengthy fix since he had to find where the problem was and other problems I had. He ended up finding several leaks that I had and got them fixed.
San Antonio had a bad freezing weather in February and I had a leak on the main water meter due to the cold weather. He was able to fix it without a problem.
I decided to go with Infinite Water Solutions for that issue since I trusted Micheal from the previous work he did.
His traits you do not find in companies, he was honest, trustworthy, reliable, and most of all a man of his word.
I highly recommend Micheal and his company to anyone and he is definitely my go to guy for any plumbing issues. They do different types of work as well. Thank you so much for all your help Micheal!

I worked with Mr. Roy and crew for several months on my three car driveway expansion and carport build. They were very patient, knowledgeable and paid close attention to detail. As one can see from the pictures I now have a picturesque appeal too my home, and a much improved appearance.

Sub contractors, kept in good communication and all were very professional and accommodating. Work completed was an extended concrete patio with a walkway, stamped and stained and a cedar pergola with and rail

Had a wall, linen closet, 2 doors and tub converted to open room with custom shower! Third time with Roy and his company on renovations and will continue to do so. Stellar work EVERY time.

All I’ll say is that the quality of work I received for the price I paid was horrible . After many complaints to the owner yes they did come out and mask the mistakes but never truly corrected them . First sales guy that came out painting was included after I paid the owner R*y said painting wasn’t part of the contract . The hand written contract with sloppy writing. My biggest complaint is that the owner ran from me when I had issues with the quality . He never wanted to come address my concerns after he got his money . He would send his “contractors” that he claimed worked for his company but the “contractors” told me they didn’t work for him. As someone who runs a two large businesses I am disgusted with the owner and his lack of empathy . Not one apology for the inconvenience or anything . This took 3 months to complete and I had to reschedule a vacation the Europe because these clowns couldn’t get things right . Not one APOLOGY????? Really. I would never use this company again . Just like I told my four neighbors who came and asked me who I used . Word of mouth R*y. You are a horrible business owner ! Also you can tell a lot about a business by the way they respond to their reviews . I should of listened to the BBB!

Having received an unsolicited call and against my better judgement, I scheduled an appointment for them to examine my bathroom and provide a quote. They called back and were insistent that my wife be present and got pushy about it. I told them we don't do business that way. (We won't be pressured into making a large purchase without discussing it privately. Same dealing with auto dealerships.) They cancelled the appointment. This is a common predatory practice that a good company does not need to engage in. (It's easier to pressure people into a contract this way.) If salespeople cannot respect how I manage my home, then I will not welcome their business in the future. Good day and goodbye!

This company did a great job installing a walk-in tub. Had to remove existing tub and part of a wall. Excellent results! Perfect tile work, replacing the sheetrock and paint job. Plumbers were also excellent in installing a complicated tub.

This is a fantastic renovation company. They are so accommodating and trustworthy. I travel so often that I needed them to work without supervision. I was worried this would lead to a half done job, but they did exemplary work. The workers are nice and are willing to adjust your plans to make sure you are happy. I would definitely use them again.

Had floors replaced. Roy and Antonio were very helpful and courteous through entire process. Work team was very diligent and careful when moving furniture and cleaning up when work was done. Would recommend to others needing home refinish work.

They did everything we asked of them and they even came out and fixed an issue with one our garage doors sticking. The 1st photo was what we started with a single car carport and ended up with a 2 car enclosed garage with twice the room.

Extended the back patio pad and added a concrete sidewalk along the driveway up to the house. The construction was scoped and completed in less than two weeks. Everyone was very nice and the communication was simple and to the point. Love the way it turned out.

Agreed to meet for a bid on our roof. He refused to leave a written estimate saying if he did so, then we might go have it contracted out ourselves? I don’t know why anyone would hire these people? I won’t hire anyone without a written estimate and references. Negative reviews here aren’t surprising given my experience.

I had a very pleasant experience on my kitchen cabinets remodeling .. Mr. Ruiz was clean and organized; minimizing the dust and maintain the kitchen clean while working. He was professional and knowledgeable. The counter top person was helpful and professional, he was able to answered my multiple questions. Both workers were kind and helpful .. Good team with experience and expertise. I had to make modifications and adjust timelines several times but Roy and the team where patient during the entire process.

Update to add a new photo. Shower is about 4 years old and is falling apart. It was only a matter of time.

Horrible experience. The whole process was a massive headache and communication was terrible.

Roy is awful at communicating. Doesn't care at all about fixing his mistakes. Multiple times we needed repairs done and he wouldn't respond until I wrote up a negative review.

Less than a year after getting our shower done it was flooding the living room from a leak in the wall. They used shark bites which failed. Most likely installed without care based on the quality of the tile work. They came out and fixed it only after multiple attempts to contact them with NO response. They just randomly showed up without communication and they did not repair any of the water damage done to the wall or floor.

Fast forward to recently, I asked for pictures of part of the work they did which involved eliminating a pipe protruding from the floor. The pipe is now below the concrete floor and tile, which I want pictures for to see how it was done. I've texted Roy multiple times with no response. My guess is he has no pictures of the repair and no idea how it was done. I can only guess because I get no response.

The tile work itself is sloppy. There are lips and chipped tiles. Small holes in the grout which I showed him on day one and was never resolved. They installed THE WRONG TILE in the shower. The tile work itself had to be redone months after install. They didn't have the knowledge or expertise to install the pencil tile we requested and resulted in failure of the shower curb. We were forced to settle with a different edge trim which doesn't match the aesthetic of the rest of the tile. During the process they made an epic mess which they did not clean up. Dust ALL OVER THE HOUSE that we had to breathe in and which my wife spent days cleaning. Left behind large debris from the demolition. Just lack of care.

Overall was a terrible experience.

I had Texas Concept build a car port. From beginning to finish the workers were professional and polite. They did a great job. I certainly will refer them to family and friends.

Texas Concept Home Improvement has an aggressive telemarketing campaign going on right now. They just called me ~3 days ago and I said I wasn't interested and that should have been the end of it.

Instead, I get another call just now... I inform them I have already received a call and declined services, and instead of him apologizing, he still goes into his whole sales pitch. I patiently wait for him to finish as to not be rude, I then reiterate I am not interested and ask to be placed on the do not call list and he immediately hangs up on me instead of giving me the same respect I showed him. Super rude and paints your company in a negative light. I will be reporting this to the FTC as businesses should respect requests to not be harassed with unwanted and repeated telemarketing calls.
