Had a darn good handy man to got sick...so I was back on the hunt. A property manage whom I greatly respect turned me on to the "Garcia Girls". I am doing a small upgrade to a rental property, and my expectation have been far far exceeded. Garcia Construction came through for me! I had a very tight schedule to meet a closing date on our home. I had a repair that needed drywall and paint that had to match existing paint and texture. They did an excellent job! The crew was on time, very professional and they left a very clean job site during the process and when they were finished it was perfect. We've been working with Garcia Construction Solutions since June, it started with a small job of installing ceiling fans outside on our porch, then had them come out and give us an estimate to install LVP flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, pleased that they stayed within our budget. Norma and Yvette worked with me bringing the floor samples to me which made it a stress free experience. Once the flooring came in, we scheduled the project which was completed in one day, including all new trim work in the kitchen, bathroom, dining, living and hallway, followed by touch ups the next day, all was well planned.

The next project was installing all new LED throughout the house replacing the old recessed light fixtures, this brightened up our home so beautifully.

Next week, we begin our new project of installing shiplap on the ceiling in one of our bedrooms, Norma had a great suggestion in contrary to what we thought would look good, her color choice was spot on and perfect.

I would highly recommend this company, these two ladies are professional, they communicated and were transparent with us every step of the way through each and every project, the quality of the finished products far exceeds any other contractor that we've worked with in the past.

Yvette and her team are wonderful to work with. I gave her a budget and she worked diligently with me to make sure she adhered to it. She was always flexible and kept me in the loop throughout the process of an extreme bathroom remodel. It is a large master bath and the only thing remaining in its original location was the toilet. It went from a dated 80s style to a modern spa-like masterpiece. We absolutely love it!
