Had to deliver tiles . It was not easy it to get in and out on 410 freeway. The ware house manager Jeff has menopause and extremely light levels of estrogen .

This place has everything the workers and very helpful even when their busy they go out of their way to help. For the most part its always clean out in the parking lot. Not so much inside where they keep the lumber cause people want so much concrete but at no fault to the hard working men loading up vehicles.

This is less a review about the Home Depot itself, but more of a review about the worker in the Door area - Kira was amazing! Great conversationalist and demonstrated great knowledge of the products we had questions about and suggestions

No help around , that's not my area, it you have a hour to wait until we find out who's area that belongs too,OH sorry he just left for Lunch. Then you get to the register. Sorry I'm going to Lunch, Another employee I'll help you over here, find out you spent 750.00 dollars, OKAY,Sir this is self service you have to bag your own stuff. Can someone help me with the plywood the 4' 8' I purchased load them into my Van sorry SIR this is self service , but might be able to get someone to help you, sorry SIR. Every one is out to lunch, So if I'm on my lunch break, employees have priority over me. After spending 750.00, I get back to work late tired , and sweating. Thanks allot Home Depot maybe I'll try Lowe's next time

My experience with the Home Services was that the service provider was on time and professional they came out to quote me installation for two new water heaters in that I purchased from Home Depot. The Home Depot service provider gave me an estimate of $10,000 to install two water heaters. I've never had to have water heaters installed before but felt at that was incredibly High considering that if a crew of two people took 10 hours it would be $500 an hour. These were in my garage and readily acessible. They were subcontractors so it didn't reflect directly on Home Depot but I was a tad disappointed that the invoicing and billing was not through Home Depot but through the subcontractor. Seems like a bit of a gouge

We had a major plumbing issue during the freeze in San Antonio and these people said they would be at our house 4 days later so we had no choice but to stay in a hotel for the next 3 nights. I called repeatedly on the day they were supposed to show up to confirm and no answer or response and finally texted the number and was told they had problems of their own and wouldn't be out and never heard anything further. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
