I couldn’t be more pleased with the work of Texas Concept Home Improvement. The crew members were so wonderful and kind. Mr. Omar was very helpful, and he and his team member did a spectacular job installing the tiles in my living area. Mr. David, who painted my cabinets, is a man of quality as well. He cares about the products, and his workmanship is impeccable. He educated me on painting techniques and was with me from start to finish. I’m so new to home improvement, and David was very patient with me and helped me navigate through my remodeling journey. Now, my kitchen looks bigger, and everything came out exactly the way I wanted. Mr. Roy, the owner, understood my budget and needs and I’m truly thankful to him and his crew for bringing this two-year dream to a reality. I would give ten stars if I could.

They did a fantastic job on my shower remodel. I was expecting a long wait from start to finish but it happened so fast. Excellent quality and awesome price. I will definitely be calling Texas Concept for any future projects I may have.
I had the privilege of working with Mr Omar. He is a hard worker and did an amazing job. He is very polite and professional.

We just got our kitchen remodel completed and we love the results! We had experienced a nightmare with a previous contractor on our bathroom in the past, but the experience with Roy and his team were night and day. They were priced very reasonably and did quality work in a short amount of time. Definitely recommend if you have been thinking about getting some work done on your home but not sure who to trust.

Absolutely gorgeous job of replacing my carpet with laminate flooring. The workers were extremely professional, very clean with their work areas and above all else delivered an exceptional floor to me. I am beyond grateful they were able to install new flooring.

Amazing transformation of my bath tub into a beautiful tiled shower with bench, completely matching my 1950’s themed bathroom. Bathroom crew was great, courteous kind and cleaned up after themselves leaving no mess. Also had carport improvement into a garage, crew did an amazing job.

We just had our patio completed and I absolutely love the final product. Juan (concrete) and Javier (roof) were the guys who came out and did the work and we were very pleased with both of them. Everyone we worked with was professional and responded to my questions/requests in a timely manner. This is our first big project and I am 100% satisfied!

Yesterday, Texas Concepts put in a beautiful floor in our home. It is excellent workmanship. We’ve had a good experience from beginning to end. A salesman came to our home and showed us many samples. We chose the one we wanted and 2 weeks later they came and were able to lay the floor in just 4 hours. They were very kind and personable. Excellent experience.

Great experience overall. The workers on the project are some hard working and talented guys! Also very respectful towards us and our home property. Communication for appts could have a little more improvement as far as office call to buyer instead of the other way around. Overall we are satisfied with project completion. They work very fast and took only a few days with concrete and patio combined. They also factor in weather (rain) and still get it done quickly!

Update-I would like to suggest having crews throw any nails and box cutter blades or such into a sharp safe container to avoid injury to crew and to the family. We did find lots of nails around the project site. My kids also picked some up while playing outside. My husband also ran one over with his mower the next day. Again, just a suggestion for everyones safety. Thank you!

Update 9/2025 on this same project we noticed some large cracks on the beams that we emailed the company about to get some info on what exactly is going on with the beams but haven't heard back from the company at all. Pics in review for reference. I've sent business their way but after the no response I'm letting people know moving forward that communication is an issue.

This company did a very good job. I met with Adam first, and he helped out with details and estimate. When approved, Jacob and Joseph prepared my house for exterior painting. They were very thorough with pressure washing, scraping, sanding and caulking. They painted my house, carport and shed. I am very pleased with the work and the cost of the project.

Texas Concepts has been our Go To Home improvement company for over 4 years. We Previously had them build a Pergola for Deck and Extend our Kitchen Pantry. Both, we were well Pleased with the quality of their work. They just completed removing the carpet from our stairs and one of our guest bedrooms replacing it with vinyl flooring. They refinished our Kitchen cabinets from the original cherry wood and refinished them to white, and finally they removed the bathtub that the Wife and I no longer used and built a countertop with vanity in it's place. We were very pleased once again with their work. Roy and his team of professional contractors were Awesome. If you're looking for a one-stop Home Improvement company, you need to look No further than Texas Concepts!!!

Pathetic customer service and staff. Tried to do my flooring install through this store which was never completed and I got ripped off by them. Please be very very careful before hiring them for any of your home projects. Complete waste of money and time. Horrible staff right up from the manager to the flooring guy. Fpn services ( home depot flooring company) are not only rude but obnoxious.

I purchased flooring and installation from Home Depot for my house because they are a large company. I thought project would be small in comparison with this company would be used to so I expected very little errors. I was misquoted and it resulted in me having to purchase baseboards at an additional $250. Then when they delivered my flooring they were late. When they installed my flooring first time they found out that the product had bubbles in it and appeared warped. They made this observation after doing demolition throughout my entire house. They laid the floor and out of my living room so he would have at least that for my young child to play on for the three weeks I had to wait to have it reordered, redelivered, and installation rescheduled. When they came to pick up the defective material they were late picking up by over an hour. Then when it came time to have it reinstalled the contractor pulled up the flooring that was installed three weeks prior. It was laid in accurately with the moisture barrier untaped this resulted in mold growing underneath my floors on my concrete slab. When I decided to have a private contractor install my baseboards because I was very much over Home Depot I went back in for my refund. They had a " Computer glitch "where they could only give me a certain amount of my refund. They shorted me about $200 that it took a week and three trips into the Home Depot because calling them as a joke to get my money back. So all I have to say is buyer beware.

LOTS OF TALK, NO ACTION! Find somewhere else to get your doors.I ordered doors from here June 14, did not get them installed until July 23, more than a month later. I understand that the instillation is sub contracted out but, Home Depot (HD) never had the courtesy to call me and tell me the doors were taking longer than expected. I called them many times, over 10, to ask where my doors were. HD said they did not know. I ended up calling corporate after getting fed up and the doors were in within 2 days. They were special ordered doors that were quoted to take only 10 business days to be ready for installation. If my math is correct June 14-July 23 is more than 10 days, in fact it is over 30 days. BUT WAIT THERE'S MORE!! If I can figure out how to put pictures on here I would love to show everyone the horrible, destruction/install job. When they installed the doors, they took the trim off and never minded to put it back on. They said the door would not close if the trim was put back on. I called to tell them the trim does not block the door from being closed. It took them 2 days for R&F installation to call me back and then told me it would be another 2 days for the repair man to call me. I figured since whatever they say i need to times it by 3. I did not wait and fixed it myself. ended up painting the doors as well because they were very low quality which I will take responsibility for since I did not see the doors beforehand.

Ordered a door, waited 6 weeks, it was not right but they blamed it on me....

I am not a door expert.. you are...

GASLIGHTING customers seems to be what you're good at... not custom doors.
