Worst experience I have had with a company in a long time. We asked them to extend our cement slab and add a small pergola. Everything seemed ok at first but after 3 weeks things started to fall apart. Cement started to flake off the side and the 2x2’s on the pergola split and came apart. It then took us another 2 weeks to get a call back from someone. We called, left a message everyday for a week, and then they just showed up. Luckily I just happened to be home and they made the repairs we requested.

About a week later we got a call from one of their salesmen asking if we ever got the work done. We told him about our experience and that all we wanted was someone to come look at the work and his reply was “We will add you to the do not call list”.

We were really hoping for a good experience because we wanted a reliable company to help us with our future bathroom and kitchen remodel but this is not the one.

Update:
We have now developed a crack down the middle of our patio. First since they never answer the phone, their voicemail was full and it took a Better Business Bureau complaint for them to actually contact us. A contractor was assigned and they randomly showed up one afternoon. They believe the crack occurred because the original contractor didn’t leave a space between the new pad and house foundation to allow for expansion. We scheduled a repair date for a couple weeks later and we are now on no show number 3.

I recently had Texas Concept do my flooring and the Antonio and his crew were absolutely AMAZING! they arrived on time at 7:30 and they worked so efficiently. They were very careful moving the furniture and replaced everything when done, they completed the entire house in one day! It was a very good experience. The floors look amazing! they did a great job.

Extremely fast and amazing quality work. Staff was super patient dealing with the delay with our HOA, and still completed the job in 3 days (Day 1 tear down, Day 2 screen install, Day 3 new steps and staining). Please ignore the rest of the yard, work in progress...lol.

My family and I were pleasantly satisfied with the outcome of the patio. They took time to perfectly match the paint with the house and connect all ceiling fans.

We had an amazing experience with texas concept. The crew was polite and friendly. They cleaned up as they go and we are very happy with the outcome of our kitchen renovation. We will recommend texas concept to friends and family!

I feel like I have a new house. Jacob was amazing!! While the job took a little longer than planned, the results were pretty remarkable. In less than two days new and beautiful siding was installed and painted with the color and type of paint the wife wanted I was surprised how well it looks I’m a satisfied customer. All of the areas were cleaned when the work was completed. The workers so nice and cordial. I will get more work by these guys in the future.

I recently had Texas Concepts screen in my porch, replace my outdoor stair railing, and install gutters on my home. The work performed was excellent and they finished much faster than expected. Everyone who came to my home were very professional and listened to all my needs. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

A five years ago, Texas Concepts remodeled and modernized our Kitchen beyond our expectations. Their crew of designers, carpenters, cabinet makers, granite countertops installers, tile setters, flooring installers, electricians and plumbers were all one team that proved to be excellent, highly professional and masterfully skilled. Their entire work ethics were above and beyond of those typically found by general contractors. The extreme conscientiousness, politeness, respectfulness and cleanliness of every worker is a reflection of the attitude and ethics of Texas Concepts and seldom experienced in the construction industry. Recently we had a small issue with a cabinet drawer that derailed off its glide brace. After calling Roy, the issue was resolved expediently and professionally at no cost to us. We highly recommend Texas Concepts for any one-stop project of any size or budget to fit. We will definitely use them on our next projects.

I can’t say enough about the professionalism of this company, the service was outstanding, the work was great they provided exactly what I wanted and I’m beyond pleased! They were here every day working nonstop and completed the job on time and cleaned up. Just good professional work ethic that you don’t always see now a days. And I am truly thankful and blessed to have worked with them.

Remodeling bathrooms and kitchen counters.

Fantastic Job: When they say they will come at 9AM, they in fact show up at 9Am. The workers do quality work and just as important clean up the mess perfectly.

The company boss, Roy responded to all my calls and when I needed some issue taken care of he had it taken care of right away. I really appreciated that!
