David Yang, system design specialist, gave an excellent presentation and made me feel confident that they would do the job right. James Vasquez and his crew were polite, professional and kept me informed about the process start to finish. They did a fine job of protecting the landscaping and cleaning up as well. Great company!

The Baird crew of Luis, Jayden, Moses and Chris worked very hard and did an excellent job of raising and supporting our slab foundation. Luis kept me advised during the job as to what was being done and why so that I would fully understand the levelling process. The crew was very friendly and did a great job of cleaning up after their work.

These guys are what a business should be like. Nothing but professional with them! They kept me informed every step of the way working on my house. They were in and out in 2 days and my house is back to level again. Price was not at all what I thought it was going to be either. Definitely worth every penny. I recently had concrete foundation work completed, and the crew, Marco and Monica's crews specifically, did a superb job from start to finish. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and workmanship were truly impressive. The team arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure everything was done right the first time. The foundation work was cleanly finished and exceeded my expectations in quality. It's clear they take pride in their craft. I appreciate their efficiency and the care they took on our project. We selected Baird because we heard from Realtors and insurance agents that they were the best for foundation repair. We have extensive repairs with new piers and beams and have been entirely satisfied with their work. Our crew this week has been Michael, Zae, and Rene, and they have been helpful in explaining the repairs and also preserving our shrubs. Baird's own engineer and the City of Alamo Heights' engineer approved the design and the work. Already, interior doors that were stuck have come unstuck.

We have used BFR twice, once for leveling our driveway and the second for foundation repair. I know our driveway repair team was great but my husband took care of the interaction for that. Our foundation repair team was exceptional. From start to finish we felt that we were taken care of and were not pushed to spend more money than we needed. The gentleman were so nice and respectful and made sure everything was cleaned up everyday (as much as it could be). The work that was done exceeded my expectations, don't hesitate, give them a call and they will take care of you.

Kyle from Baird Foundation Repair was very professional and easy to talk to. He took his time explaining everything about stabilizing my floors and made sure I understood the process. Even though I decided not to move forward because it was more than I wanted to spend, I truly appreciated his honesty and patience. He made a stressful situation feel a lot less overwhelming.

It was a pleasure working with Baird Foundation repair. They were very thorough explaining the needs of our house, and I like that they gave us multiple choices. They do a pretty clean job, as much as they can. The crew members were always very respectful and friendly, open for any questions or conversations. We hired Baird Foundation to repair our foundation. It had started causing cracks in our walls and ceiling. We hired Baird to install Push Piers all around the house and to do foam and concrete repair on the driveway. The Foundation repair meant digging under the house. Baird had to call in a plumbing company as there were leaks under the house. The Foundation work started in December and took about a week. The crew did a good job. The driveway work started today because the leaks took most of January to repair. Pena, Thomas and Xavier did a great job. I am recommending Baird though they could keep more in contact with their customers.

Had the unfortunate decision to have my garage foundation repaired. Fortunately we selected Baird Foundation Repair. In this 2-part task, we needed to have a column raised and secured then poly-leveled. Evan Tamez and Derick Marin came out to raise and secure the column on 16 Feb. They got out of the Baird vehicle, introduced themselves, I was given a quick overview of their task for the day and then they got to work. Estimated time was 3-5 hrs. There was no "slack" time at all. These 2 jumped into a muddy hole, started right in, tag-teamed the job and was done in approx 2 1/2 hrs. Answered all my questions, showed and explained evening through the entire process. They took care of their tools, the work area and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I'm a quizzitive kind of person, Evan and Derick never hesitated to answer or explain anything for me. . Baird has a great crew with Evan and Derick, these guys are good for Baird Foundation Repair PR. Keep up the great work!

Continuation of project:
Once the per was complete, 2 days later the poly crew came to raise and support my garage slab. Again, great crew (Courtney, Marco & Jacorey) spent about 4 hours working on my mess. Although they were not able to raise and level to new again, they spent the time required to make it as good as it's ever going to be again. Professional, willing to explain the process, answer all my questions and clean up.

And special kudos to Jackie for all the behind the scene legwork to get a sensible, financially reasonable solution for an issue we found on the first day. She kept me up to date regularly while the solution was being hashed out.

The Foreman Curly and his crew provided the most excellent service anyone could ask for. If i could give them 10 stars I would and I will definitely be hiring them again for future services. Best experience with a home repair in years! Juan R. and Daniel T. arrived at my home, told exactly what they were going to, brought me outside periodically to explain next steps and materials used and cleaned up their work area before they left. I could not be more pleased with the results. Granted, my job was just for a section of sidewalk and small portion of my driveway, but it is a HUGE difference in appearance and function. Thank you both for a great job.

The Driveway leveling team of Marco Puente and RJ Silos were nothing but experts at what they do. Marco the foremen communicated in detail all the steps they would be doing today. Work was done in the timeframe Marco said it would take and every time I checked in with Marco and RJ they explained what phase of the process they were doing and answered any questions I had. They left the job site completely the same as the found it when they began working on the driveway. Marco and RJ both deserve 10 stars, thanks for being the best driveway surgeons in the Austin & San Antonio area!!
Also I would like to commend Ali, Jordan and Roxie in the office as they were so pleasant to work with and each of them. They always made me feel at ease when I called in regards to getting everything scheduled and paid. Kudos to them as well!

We’ve used Baird on three separate jobs to lift and/or stabilize our home’s foundation. Each crew that has come is great to work with. They are friendly and professional. This last crew was Brandon L, Jayden and Gabriel. They don’t mess around! They get busy working, respectful of property and clean up afterwards.

As far as pricing, overall any foundation repairs work is expensive but you get what you pay for. Baird is a reputable company and have a great warranty which they are honest and honor. Would definitely recommend them.

Now really who wants to pay a lot of money to fix a foundation because it has settled? Not me! But life gives you a slap every now and then, and you just have to deal with it.
After doing some research on foundation slab leveling I decided to give Baird a call and set up an appointment to get more information and an estimate for the repair. To be honest,I was shocked by the price, but I'm also not the type of person to let a problem go unaddressed just to become a disaster later. Jumping forward to the day of installation... The crew showed up on time and they started setting up ther work area. Jesus Garcia introduced himself to me and explained what was going to happen and even asked if I wanted to see them push he peirs in later. Of course I did! I had a couple of questions and he was happy to answer them. So Jesus, Zach Haden, and Albert Sierra got to work. Wow! They are an efficient crew. They had their tools laid out and ready so they weren't constantly going to the truck or searching around to find where it was laid down. They were all working and with the exception of a short lunch break, never stopped. The only thing left to do for the next day was to have their work inspected by a 3rd party and backfill the holes. By the time they were done you can't tell anything was really done. They did a great job from beginning to end and made the damage all be disappear.
