On time reasonable and got my system up and running in very little time.

Matt came by today and installed a Smart Management Module on my heater and upon completion was very thorough in explanation of what is was, where it is located and what it does. I am very thankful to have received service and will continue doing business with CPT for all my Generac needs. Thanks very much for the excellent work !!

My generator kept tripping after 1-2 minutes during weekly exercise. Contacted Current Power Technologies. Matt was able to diagnose the problem as a worn out emergency switch that would be triggered while running. He installed new switches which solved the problem. He was professional and knowledgeable. Very satisfied with their responsiveness and fixing the problem.

A representative Current Power came from San Antonio to Houston to check a Generac generator I was having a problem. He checked the electrical setup and diagnosed the problem.

Two days later he called back to confirm the problem. He offered to return with the supplies to fix the problem. Far better service than my local dealer.

Today all parts arrived and everything working . Would not have got it done in Houston without them. They dimmed big service gap.

I can’t even begin to put into words the customer service from this company! They worked me in immediately and worked in the pouring rain to diagnose my generators problem. The work they are doing to help Houstonians in need is beyond amazing and a blessing. And I received a zero dollar bill. 🥹. I can’t express enough my gratitude.

Grant Winston and his crew did an outstanding job from initial consultation through completed installation of our 24kw Generac whole house generator. The whole process from order entry through power out simulation and automatic generator power supply took 5 months. This included 4 months of waiting on factory to deliver, a few weeks of waiting on approval from CPS, time for rock saw trenching and propane tank attachment and fueling. Grant was VERY RESPONSIVE to the numerous text messages I sent while waiting and always courteous and informative. Pricing for what was mostly (I contracted for trenching) turnkey was competitive with other bidders. I highly recommend contacting Current Power Technologies if you are interested in a backup generator for your home or business.

Grant, Spencer and the whole team have done an awesome job! Very personable and knowledgeable of the entire process of buying, installing and maintaining a generator. We had a few other companies out and they did not have the same level of expertise. We just had our first scheduled maintenance by Matt and he did a fantastic job. I wouldn't pick anyone else to service our generator needs.

Service appointment made quickly and at a convenient time. Tech arrived a few minutes early, was very polite and explained everything. Completely went through the service process in about 20 minutes and showed all he was doing. Informative and professional. Current Power totally 100 percent!

2nd Service April 2024 John did an excellent job in maintaining my generator. He explained everything he was doing while performing the yearly maintenance schedule. Service is always expectional and the attitude of this company is one of customer service.

Current Power and Technologies performed our first annual service after installing our Kohler Generator. Our technician, John, was excellent. He arrived on time and explained each step of the process during the service. I have serviced generators in other parts of the country for nearly twenty years. This is one of the most thoughtful and efficient service calls I have ever experienced. Excellent attention to detail. Knowing my generator is on standby and genuinely ready to perform gives me true peace of mind!

When I called the office, Rebecca was helpful in answering all my questions and getting us set up for an initial appointment. I received an email confirmation of my appointment. John came to do the assessment, as scheduled, and to service our Generac. He was thorough, professional, and personable. John took his time assessing our generator and set up, he did the maintenance and some additional work which we requested, and he was careful to explain it all to me so I could fully understand the process. John then gave me his contact info and, when he left our house, I felt comfortable that we would be taken care of going forward. So far, Current Power Technologies gets at A+ from me.

Super friendly and knowledgeable guys! I have been trying to get my generator looked at for months and finally found a company that will answer AND respond quickly! I was able to schedule an appointment and John came out to diagnose my problem and gave me a lot of information and options! 10/10 recommend if you want great service and great product knowledge!
