Seen two houses they have done installs on. And both houses security wasn’t working and they installed old adt equipment. Not even using the newest stuff for new customers. What a joke way to do and handle business. 😂

Ali was very knowledgeable and professional and was there at every step of the process. He has a lot of experience and we felt like we were being taken cared of. I highly recommend his services.

Shopped around before being referred by a co-worker who claimed they had the best packages for alarms. Rudy came out and let's just say, made a package that I couldnt say no too. Saved alot of money compared to similar companies and best of all nothing out of pocket to get started. Best of all they are local.

The installer that came out was professional and polite and very knowledgeable about home security. He found the best places to put our cameras, and the installation was a smooth and easy process.

Both Ali (sales rep) and Kyle (installation tech) are awesome. They both took the time to answer all my questions, show me how things work, and had my best interest in mind. I’d recommend Admiral to anyone.

I called ADT, another local company, and Rudy!

Rudy was by far the friendliest and easiest to talk with about what I wanted/needed. The ADT guy had his package and what I wanted did not fit what he wanted to sell me...that was a little annoying. Then the local guys were great but their price was crazy! So Rudy was the easy selection as he gave me exactly what I wanted for by far the best price!

I shopped the main three and Rudy was the hands down winner!

I’m happy with my choice and I will have him install addition cameras in my other back office in a few weeks.

Initially I thought this was a great company to work with. They offered us an affordable security package, and they came out quickly and installed an alarm system and four security cameras. However, as part of our installation they had promised to install a motion-sensing light for our backyard, and they have not followed through with that - since two months ago. Additionally, we have an error message with our front door sensor and now I am unable to reach anyone at their company. The main number listed on Google is not currently in service. I have a cell phone number for the owner (Rudy) but my calls to him go to voicemail. His voicemail says to send him a text, so I've sent four texts. He acknowledged only one message and said he would assign a tech; however, there was no follow-through. I had let him know via text that it was urgent because I had a vacation coming up and I wanted to make sure my home was fully secure before then, but he did not respond. With that said, I would steer clear of this company.

Sales manager Jeff was so nice to offer the full ADT service along with equipment with great price, and technician Kyle did a great job to install and set up all equipment and systems in my house. Both of them are so professional in their job with great service. I am satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend ADT to people around me.

Absolutely HORRIBLE business, stay far far away from them!! They will lie straight to your face and then try to take all your money. They literally put in my notes section of my account that I could cancel after ONE YEAR. I have screen shots, and then one year rolls around and they claim ignorance and say I have to pay for all three years. This company should be put out of business, please do not go with them, and do not go with ADT, they have no morals and should be sued.
