I called in an urgent request and was assured an email would be sent to me and a technician would be out between 1:30 and 4:30 PM the same day. Neither happened. Next day I called again to find out when they would go out to the property, I was told my request would be escalated and sent to the manager who would get in touch with me. That never happened either. Eventually I called another company and was able to ge the urgent issue attended to with very attentive provider. I will not recommend this company.

I called Aaron Electric Co. about 8:30 a. m. I had an overhead light that stopped working. I asked when they could come. We agreed to 3 p. m. to 5 p. m. the same day. They told me the service fee was $179 plus material and labor. It sounded hight, but I agreed to it. They never called again. Between 3 p. m. and 5 p. m., I called them 4 times. They said they were trying to get a technician to respond. About 5:15 p. m., I called today. They said they were trying to get a technician to respond. They did not know if the job would still be done today, albeit late. They offered to re-schedule for tomorrow. I told them no.
To summarize, they made an appointment and never showed up or called. I had to chase them for information. I have set up an appointment for tomorrow with a different company.

Bryan Bishop and Alfredo are very helpful and knowledgeable employees, they take their time to help you and if they dont know their answers to your questions they wont stop until they do.

We live on the Far West Side of San Antonio. We went through several lightning storms in fear that our roof would be hit by lightning and catch fire, and we saw examples of fires on the local news. We contacted Marty Hamilton at Hamilton Lightning Rods, he came to our home and explained to us everything we needed to know about roof fires from lightning and about lightning rods. He brought out an example of the lightning rods he would use. He installed them quickly and his company did a great job. We highly recommend this company.

Marty and team installed a lightning rod system on our previous home and their communication and professionalism were top notch. Coincidentally, when we moved to our new home, it also had lighting rods installed by Hamilton. When I called with a question about the installation on the new home, Marty was quick to research and respond to my question. Highly recommend this company.
