Old school customer service! Albert was very thorough in going over what we needed. He also was flexible in offering alternative options. Carlos, our technician was FANTASTIC! He was knowledgeable, professional and also flexible as he had to climb up in our attic!! He did a fantastic job, cleaned up after his work and was a joy to work with! Bridget and Robert (at the business) were both helpful, patient and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend Hill Electric! What a Quality Company!!

The people at Hill Electric are kind, caring and very professional. They took time to explain exactly what they were doing and why it had to be done. I knew going into the job the price would fluctuate because of unknowns. The extra things needed were explained thoroughly and handled in a timely manner. I was shown what issues were there and then they explained how they would fix the problem. As the work order changed the prices were disclosed to me before the work was started. The employees were so friendly and caring to my concerns and answered all of my questions in a way i could understand. I am so glad I chose them to take care of my parents house. I can rest better knowing they have taken care of the issues we had. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs electrical work done. 5 stars is not enough i would give them 10 if it were possible. I will use Hill Electric again if needed in the future.

I have worked with Hill for the last 7 years and relatively exclusively with Michael Rico as my project lead for the last few years. They have always provided exceptional service and their attention to detail is second to none. I usually run multiple large projects simultaneously and without Rico and the crew keeping my head on straight with the electrical work I would have lost my mind long ago. In summary, if you want an excellent product in addition to exceptional service please give Hill Electric a shot and I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
