Deceptive Sales Practices!

We were told that it would increase the home value and lied about how the tax rebate works.

Had a great presentation on Solar Panels from Asis and Caleb today. Very thorough in what the program offers, govt rebates, payment options and benefits of going solar.

the team at lux was very informative , supportive and helped me along the way of my installation , they also continue to offer support and answers as I get used to my solar service !

I just had a sales rep in my house who talked down to me and my wife the entire time. I am an electrical engineer with specialty in power generation/renewable energy. For him to talk down to me about solar generation is ridiculous. When basically told not interested, he then tried telling my wife that his time is worth something as well. From the get go, he was also calling me boss, and not really including my wife in the conversation.

I do not recommend this company at all! Our panels have not been working in two months, and each time we try to contact them, they completely ignore us. We are still paying high prices for our electrical bill AND our solar panel!
