Zach and Liza did an amazing job helping us through the whole process andbwere very professional and informing the entire time. Kept me and my wife up to date every chance they got and had all the answers when we needed them. The team they sent out was also amazing and the panels turned out perfect. By far one of the smoothest experiences we've ever had when making such a bug purchase. Couldn't be happier with the outcome!

This solar deal I made with this sales man and this company , after years of having panels on my roof , well let’s just say I haven’t save any money. I trusted this guy and well he was smooth.
The above review was how I felt at the time. Well let’s just say feelings change. Ya so the stars got dropped way down.

Would not recommend this company at all. Rude door-to-door sales people. Rode scooter across lawn. Ignored "no solisitor" signs. Started looking in windows when I told him I wasn't interested.

I requested a service call on my previously installed system that had lost communications. Angel Casillas, the Electrician, came out, diagnosed the problem, performed some needed updates to the system, and got me communicating again with my system. I started getting information from earlier this month and has been going smoothly ever since.
Angel also looked at my panels on my roof, took pictures, and verified that all of my hardware is still in place. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous with answering all of my questions.
I would highly recommend Solar Service if have a need to have your system inspected, and troubleshot. Especially, if you fell into the same situation where my installers went out-of-business.

Thank y’all for being a honest and a professional company! I had a very popular roofing company that starts with “Ste” come give me an estimate to fix my solar panels they wanted to charge me $3,500 and told me I had no warranty, I found solar service they washed my solar panels off took the time to find the warranty of my parts and all I had to pay was labor. Thank you again !

My system had been down since January 30th. After several calls and emails to my original installer I received an inverter in the mail 2 months later. After making calls to previous installer I was given Solar Services number. Appointment was easy to make and follow up call was made to me so they could understand how and why I needed an inverter swap. It was unusual to have so many replacements already. Angel arrived within time frame. Answered my questions. He could not find out why my inverter had gone out (this is the third inverter within 8 years) and needed replacement. He installed the new part timely and emailed me the receipt. The app started working the next day as predicted and showing production. Thank you Angel.

I have had my solar panels a little over a year but it's safe to say I am a solar novice. A babe. An infant, if you will. When my CPS bill skyrocketed with no indication why, I called out Solar Service thinking maybe my panels were dirty. Angel did an incredible job not only identifying what happened and how they can fix it, but went above and beyond to help me set up my Enphase account and making sure I know how to monitor my system moving forward. Grateful for this service!

Once again good service. Austin knew what he was doing with the repairs, communicated well, and answered my questions clearly and concisely. Angel did the same with his diagnostic visit a week ago. Brian and the office staff kept in touch and made sure I knew what was happening. A very good company to work with.

They have been very helpful at explaining the situation at hand. And letting us know how to correct the situation. I also like the preventive maintenance Pkg. for $55.00 a month.

We needed our solar washed. I called Solar Service. Carlos did a great job. He did take pictures so I could see. 12 panels have paint spots on them. I was very appreciative he brought it to my attention. It doesn't seem to be slowing the solar input but if it ever does he even showed me an appr cost. He finished just as the rain started. If you have solar.....keep it clean. My bill has been under 20$ last 4 months. The Solar service cleaner is also an electrician who can check the electrical before cleaning. Good honest company. Easy to work with.

Customer service when booking appointment was very informative. Angel showed up on time. Was courteous, explained everything in detail and in a way I could understand. He provided me with details of everything he took care of, along with pictures of my installed equipment up on my roof. I look forward to have him and Solar Service attend to my solar panels for years to come.

So far so good. First call out Jack came out. I'm an electrician and have been a solar electrician for much of my career spanning 40 years. Jack was well prepared, thorough and productive. He didn't waste time jumping to the problem. He got on the roof and I could hear him hustling literally by the sound of modules (solar panels) being taken apart so that he could access junction boxes that were underneath them.

He also helped to get me set up for transfer of ownership much faster than I could have done through the company which I was having problems uploading through the app and the website. The key being that I needed the site ID because the app wouldn't work to upload it it wouldn't recognize a PDF or any other file. The app was no good from Enphase. But he expedited the process.

He just moved very fast and seemed knowledgeable. You could tell that he wanted to be successful at the job and was motivated by making sure that he stayed efficient for the customer. I feel that I received high value for the service call.

Unfortunately I've got 16 out of 23 microinverters that are bad. Not impressed with the whole microinverter concept at this point. There's going to be a lot of cost associated with this. I'm confident though that Jack will help keep that cost down at least. I would be able to do this myself but I just I'm not able to maintain my balance in a safe manner on a high-pitched roof.

But I appreciate Jack's effort and I would say that he is among the top 10% in the industry. I say that because I have managed people and I see a lot of incompetence in the solar business. This guy is top-notch.

Had Solar Service out for a minor problem. Solar Service was quick to respond minimizing my solar array's down time. Jack Acuna was extremely helpful as always. He was thorough, personable, and continues to explain the technical details so that I understand the issues and fixes. I highly recommend Solar Service and Jack Acuna. They are awesome!

My experience with Solar Service is and has been awesome. I've been a member of their annual maintenance plan for several years and have always received excellent service. This past two months while replacing my roof I chose to also replace my 16 year old solar system and upgrade it. Obviously I chose Solar Service because of our existing relationship and their exceptional work. From beginning to end on this project, they have been professional, courteous, thorough, and efficient. My one on one experience with Jack, Angel, and Louis was excellent and rewarding. They always took the time to explain the work to be done, how it would be accomplished, and the technical items so I could clearly and completely understand. I highly recommend Solar Service for both their regular maintenance program and new or upgrade systems..

Our tech, Angel, was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly explained what would be done and did the job very well. We immediately called and scheduled the next set of services we need done which is the "critter guard" installation to keep the pigeons and other animals out from under the panels. When calling, the office the staff were super friendly and professional and very helpful. I highly recommend this company if you need solar panel service or repair.
