We would like to give a shout out to Alejandro (Alex) Hernandez and Stephen De Leon with Solar Edge Pros (SEP). We have been thinking about going solar for a few years & inquired with several different companies. However, we have been very reluctant to take the plunge.

Speaking with Alex & Stephen convinced us to GO SOLAR!!!! They were very professional. Their commitment and knowledge in their field is amazing. Alex’s calm demeanor and Stephen’s passion for solar were invaluable in answering our myriads of questions regarding solar in general & SEP in particular.

We now feel very comfortable going with Alex and Stephen with SEP for solar. In fact, we are signing a contract for solar and battery installation this week.

Alejandro Hernandez, that works for Solar Edge Pros, was absolutely amazing he explained to me step-by-step how solar will benefit me for the long run was very polite. Very professional made everything quick and easy, he answered every question I had helped me understand everything, I recommend him 1000% for anybody that’s considering going solar.

We signed up for with Solar Edge Pros in February and were installed by early April with the system to be turned on soon. Our point of contact was Carlos Silva and it was an absolute dream to work with him. He was able to explain the system and give us realistic information about how the process would go with everything from installing to turning on the system. He has been absolutely invaluable in the entire process and while we haven't got the system turned on yet we are looking forward to that soon. He has been on top of telling us exactly how everything would transpire and when we can expect to hear updates. Honestly, Carlos Silva was invaluable to the company since I have never met someone who looked after a customer like he has. The fact that we moved into the house and got solar panels applied within just a few months has been nothing short of a blessing and I am extremely grateful for all he has done for our family to make this process so easy. This is such a great company and I have found that I would be a lifelong customer because of the service we have received from Mr. Silva. Had great experience with Ron Thomas and his team... From the initial meeting to closing. The best part is the no pressure approach. Ron provided me information and YouTube channels to allow me to make the best decision. After all white papers, videos, and consulting with solar users, Solar Edge Pro was the best option out there. I had Solar Edge Pros discuss the possibility of installing solar panels on my new house. Robert Delgado had a wonderful presentation and found it to be very insightful about having solar panels powering the residence. It took about 2 to 3 weeks for all of the approvals and permits, but the workers did a magnificent job with the installation of the panels on the roof. After the job was completed, they walked me through the process and always made me feel comfortable with having solar panels. I would recommend this company for your solar panel needs.

Mr Munoz was great at helping us get our solar setup done right! We did have a problem with our free water softner, however they sent someone right out to get it fixed fast!

John got me set up with a great deal for solar and solar backup batteries. Their install time was quick and efficient. Really great team and service.

I am extremely satisfied with Solar Edge Pros (SEP).

A couple weeks ago, I had written a pretty scathing review of the company due to the actions of one of their door to door salesmen, and I had no plans to ever interact with the company again. Plans were already made to go with another company any way, but the next day, both the Head of Operations and Head of HR for SEP dropped by upon seeing my review to get my take and to see how they could right the issue, and I must say, they went above and beyond what I asked for to remedy the situation. They were extremely timely, communicative, forthcoming, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They offered a better rate, for a better system.

I am beyond satisfied with their professionalism and how much their appearance of their company matters to them. After this project is complete, I plan on having more solar and electrical work done on my house, and they will be my first call for both.

If you are considering getting solar for your home, I cannot recommend Solar Edge Pros enough. They will have me as a customer so long as I live here.

What a wonderful experience with Solar Edge Pros ! From signing the contract to the installation was barely a week ! The crew (10!) showed up when expected, they worked the whole time until complete, fired up the system & it works beautifully !

Rive II really put in the time with us, about a day and a half, and never rushed the process. He patiently answered all of our many questions, even while we were moving and with our little ones constantly interrupting. He was thorough, flexible, and made sure we understood everything. We also love that Solar Edge Pros is a local company and that all their contractors are in-house. We truly appreciate the effort Rive put into earning our trust and making us comfortable with the process.

My solar was installed back in May of 2025. I had two months of great service then it stoped, production started falling and it wasn’t producing the power our home.

I’m making changes to a post I left that was negative. Armando came through for us and didn’t stop till the problem was fixed. We had some communication problems in the beginning but everything was resolved and we are happy with the outcome. I would like to personally thank Armando and Solar edge for keeping us in the loop and keeping to their promise.
