We were interested in getting solar for our home and get some questions answered. Two representatives showed up and were very friendly and very informative. Rick and Angela walked us through whole process, the cost, the installation, how long it would take, how to use the battery, the app, everything we could think of. I would recommend Rick and Angela to help you understand everything about Solar if you’re thinking about getting it. They also said if we have any questions or concerns to not hesitate to reach out to them. We’re looking forward to having lower CPS bill and having a back up if our power ever goes out.

I looked at the reviews on many of the solar panel companies and found Sola. Edge Pros to be the most reasonable. Their reviews are exceptionally good and surprisingly so are their prices Being an o c d I was amazed at how professionally they installed the system. Alfredo was very professional accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommend them to anyone interested in adding solar to their home.

The solar edge electricians who came out to work on my property. To install new equipment for the solar panel system, there was an issue that came up during installation, but they helped me figure out Angel, and his partner are an awesome team. Solar edge Pros have done a great job installing a 9kw system at my home in Fair Oaks Ranch. Along with it Sebastian and Eric did fantastic job installing a level 2 EV charger. Highly recommended for these services.

In 2024, I and my family took the plunge to get solar panels installed on our house to help offset the rising cost of Texas electricity. And in late 2024, Solar Edge Pros approached as one of the vendors who could help fulfill this, and they've proven to be a fantastic choice! From the initial meeting where my wife and I asked SO many questions, to the final installation and testing of equipment, John and the crew at Solar Edge stayed professional and had answers for everything we asked.
I have already recommended Solar Edge Pros to another friend on the North-East side of San Antonio who have also had an excellent experience and greatly see the offset in the power bill.

I’ll admit, I was hesitant about getting solar panels installed at my house - thought it was just a fad. The team at Solar Edge Pros was determined from start to finish to combat that hesitation. From the consultant Martez to our point of contact John Garcia, the team was professional, personable, and about the business. They were able to answer any questions that we had, give estimates, great incentives, and the whole process from consultation to installation to operation was quick and seamless. If you’re thinking about going solar, I would recommend you check these guys out. They’ve been in the game for a long while, and are really on top of it.

Going solar was a goal of ours, and Solar Edge Pros gave us the opportunity to finally do it. Carlos Silva was super easy to work with, he explained everything without making it complicated or pressuring us. There was no "you need to buy now," like other companies, instead Mr. Silva allowed us to be comfortable in the purchase.
The install team did a good job too. They showed up when they said they would, got it all done fast, and cleaned up after themselves. Now that the system's up and running, it feels good seeing the difference on our electric bill.
The best part? The system should pay for itself!

SAVED ME THOUSANDS! Solar Edge Pros is a partner of CPS and I HIGHLY recommend using them! They are experts and extremely knowledgeable of the industry. They restored my system and was able to get it up and going after it had been out of commission for several months. A competitive stated it would cost $3500 to repair, Solar Edge was able to submit the inverter warrant and restore by system for $400 - insane difference. This shows the integrity, professionalism, and knowledge of Solar Edge Pros. They also did a great job and the service technician was OUTSTANDING. Thank you!

I finally broke up with my utility company.. and it feels AMAZING. Let me start by saying I am the homeowner who asks 57 questions while buying a $20 toaster so when poor Carlos Silva showed up I unloaded every question I've ever had about Solar and tried convincing him to give me a free water Softner while already having one.. he answered EVERYTHING and kind of said he couldn't lol.. a man has got to try right.. but anyway he was Honest, & straightforward. No weird sales fluff. He walked me through saving money, & how over-producing works. After hearing that over producing was a no brainer for me even though I am spending a bit more than with CPS. Saving is cool and all but I'm getting the best bang for my buck by over producing. The kicker was finding out they have a LIFETIME warranty ON TOP of their standard ones, this was the moment I knew I was going with them and not their competitors. So now I am officially that person excited to get my panels installed and even more excited to stop paying the utility company and their rates! Anyway, 10/10 experience if you're thinking about going Solar, call SEP & ask for Carlos! If he survived my 3 hour investigation he'll survive yours

I had issues with my solar company after they closed and the finance company declared bankruptcy. Due to this close down and bankruptcy, my warranty was no longer available. I contacted Solar Edge Pros spoke with Lety, and she was able to get everything taken care of started me on a new service agreement with their company. They came out and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I was told what the issues were and what needed to be fixed along with the price to get it done before anything was started. Both her and the service technician were extremely helpful knowledgeable and kind. They have been a God send and I am so very greatful for their assistance. Thank you Lety for make this transition seamless. Would give 100 stars if it were possible.
