Ryan was my sales rep, and from the very beginning. He was a genuine human and not just a sales guy. He continues to check on me and my solar service, even after almost two years after my install. The management team is amazing as well. I highly recommend Greenstar Power LLC for anyone who is interested in helping our environment!

Our sales Rep. Jeremy was awesome, not only he was so professional and explained everything throughout but he was able to meet our busy/crazy schedule. He kept in touch in every step and did everything he could and possibly so we could meet qualifications and was patience in the process even after 3 months. Event the installation was smooth and fast, it only took them about 3 hours and after that they told us it would take about 1 to 2 weeks to run but, it was connected and running in the same week of installation. We couldn't had made a better choice. Highly recommend, specially if you sales rep happen to be Jeremy.

I experienced an issue with my solar box, so I called Tyler & he immediately helped. The next person I spoke to was Devin. Again, so helpful. It was late Friday, so I didn't expect any results over the weekend. Monday morning I received a call from Hugo saying he'd be here about 8 -8:30 to Install the new box. It took about 2 hours to get it set up & working properly. Everyone was kind, understanding , polite & quick to respond to my panicking. Thank you everyone for a job well done.

Highly recommend Greenstar Power! my husband and I worked with Scott and Bobby and they were both very professional and informative about the process of installing solar panels and what would work best for our home. We purchased our first house this year and we’re interested in solar panels and these guys made everything so simple and easy and they are reliable. We definitely recommend and are happy going with Greenstar Power.

We are very pleased with Greenstar Power. Our Sales Rep Bryce was exceptional. He thoroughly explained the process, potential savings, etc. Purchasing a new home, we had several solar companies approach us. Greenstar is the best. Our installation was in a timely manner, and the savings was immediate! Not to mention our “free” water purification system installed.

First time buyer of a solar energy system. Have bought a few new homes before and been offered by many solicitors in the past, leaving me weary. All I can say is that this was a great decision to go with Greenstar Power. Bryce was really friendly, informative and gave us a great deal. Any questions were quickly answered and was readily available if we needed him. We're saving a lot compared to what we would on a hot summer energy bill. Definitely worth it! I would recommend Greenstar Power to anyone in San Antonio!

Very happy with my Greenstar solar. Excellent service that doesn't end after the sale. Installation was a breeze as they took care of everything from my HOA to inspection to coordination with CPS. I've had my panels for about 4 months. Scott has always been responsive to my questions and quick with answers. Offsets nearly all my electric bill even through this insanely hot summer. I never worry about running my AC at a temp that's comfortable.

By far the friendliest and most helpful solar company! I did a lot of comparison shopping before deciding to buy solar panels, and Greenstar was the best at breaking down the numbers in terms of cost and equipment needed.

Additionally, this company was the quickest for turnaround time, and I didn't have pallets of equipment sitting on my driveway for weeks like some of my friends did.

I purchased my system through Sun Aura, and their sales manager understood the system completely and was able to answer even the technical questions I had. I never felt pressured or backed into a corner like I've felt with other sales people - which happens a lot in newly built communities.

Ultimately, 10/10, would go with Greenstar again. Friendly, knowledgeable, and the price just makes sense with San Antonio's hot summers.

We've had a great experience with Greenstar power. We purchased our system in 2021 at a very competitive rate. Bobby was quick to address questions then and has continued to do so a couple of times since. Our inverter went bad recently and we had a new one installed under warranty within a week. Our electricity bill is $0 and we only pay for gas; the monthly loan payment is consistent instead of having a huge cooling bill in the Texas heat. Great company!

Greenstar Power was a pleasure working with in San Antonio, Texas. From the beginning, I worked with a Greenstar area manager, and he answered all my questions and would text me throughout the installation project to ensure everything was going well and stayed on track. From start to finish, this company got it done efficiently and in a short amount of time. They know what they are doing. The install team came in and did a fantastic job installing my panels. The electrician who wired in the system was a professional. When the electric company comes in, they usually must clean things up a bit, not with Greenstar Solar. The electric company came in and said they did everything; the electric company had to install their meter. The quality of their work is outstanding. Great job and I will recommend it to anyone.

Greenstar installed our solar panel system and it has been operational for about six months now. Our entire experience with Greenstar has been excellent, the entire team provided great service from our sales person to the installers and electricians, they took care of everything (permits, HOA approval, getting inspections, etc…) and had the entire installation done ahead of schedule.
I feel like they sized our system perfectly, we haven’t had to pay anything toward our electric bill since the panels were installed and the payment for our loan is a lot lower than what we were paying to CPS prior to installation. If I had to do the process all over again I would choose Greenstar again.

Had a fantastic experience with Greenstar when it came to their service and transparency when it came to having our home installed with solar panels. The work crew who came by to do the installation were very nice and did a high quality and professional install as well, even in chilly weather they got it done and did a great job. It’s clear that this company genuinely cares about its customers. We encountered some challenges along the way, but Greenstar, particularly Jerami, went above and beyond to ensure everything was made right. We highly recommend them for solar solutions in our area.

After researching several solar companies, we chose Greenstar not only for their competitive pricing but also because of Jerami's extensive knowledge. Even after installation, whenever we have questions, Jerami is quick to provide answers or find solutions.

We also opted for the generator, which we’ve already put to the test when the power went out for about an hour. It activated immediately, keeping our lights on without a hitch! The solar panels are performing exceptionally well, generating more power than we anticipated.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our solar investment through Greenstar and are excited to see the reduction in our electric bill. Thank you, Greenstar, for your outstanding service!

We have had our solar panels installed for a little over 2 years and we are very happy with the amount of money we are saving with little to no CPS bill. We were sat down by Bobby and discussed what would benefit us with our house size and usage, and the solar panels have done that and more for us. These guys are very professional, honest, and very reliable. The paperwork was very quick, easy to understand, and the rest of the process was very smooth as well. We have not had any issues with our solar panels since we got them installed and they are very reasonably priced, with great monthly payments. If you are in the market for solar panels i definently recommend Greenstar as your solar company!

Mind you I don’t normally leave reviews. I don’t have the time for it, but willing to make an exception for this. Between paying for panels and the difference in the electric bill, you’re paying about the same or more than you would if you just paid the electricity out right. I was told my electric bills would be $0 or close to it, and this was a lie. My bills are almost $100 per month with the panels and I’m paying $123 a month for the panels over 25 years. The combined $223 is more lunch more than what my electricity bill was without solar. So far it hasn’t been worth it for me. Highly recommend looking deeply into the numbers and getting their promises in writing before signing any contracts.

We totally recommend Greenstar power. We purchased our system in 2022 and Bryce made sure our system was sized correctly to avoid waste energy. He quickly address any questions we got. Bryce took care of us and ensure we get a great experience. Our electricity bill is $0 since than and we only pay for gas; we love have a "static" electricity bill instead a variable one on this Texas weather. Definitely I suggest you move to solar with this Great company! You will not regret.

This company is extremely shady! They have representatives going around new communities and spreading false accusations about other solar companies in order to get them to switch service. They claimed that these other solar companies have lawsuits against them, which is completely false. We’ll be filing a formal complaint with CPS.

Greenstar Power installed our solar panels almost 3 years ago, and we have been very happy with them. We’ve never had a serious problem, just silly things like me logging out of the Solar Edge app and not being able to log back in, but every time I’’ve called Greenstar, they bend over backwards to make it right. Last week I called and was lucky enough to speak with Devin, who was very professional and friendly and immediately started the process of fixing my issue. He warned me it might be a couple of weeks to get someone out due to all of our recent hailstorms, but to my surprise, we had a tech 3 days later come and do what needed to be done. Exceptional sales, service, operations and we highly recommend them.

We absolutely recommend Greenstar Power. We recently had a solar system installed with a battery backup. We have had a great experience. Lucas helped us to make sure our system included enough solar panels and with battery backup to cover our electrical usage. Jamica Jackson was awesome, helping us to have the proper paperwork and certificates to operate our solar system and also instrumental in filing the necessary paperwork to receive our homeowners rebate. Although we were not as informed as we would like to have been from contract to operation, we are pleased we made the leap. We were hesitant in the past to go solar but this experience was great and we would definitely recommend Greenstar Power for your solar needs.

do NOT use this company. it’s a scam, they’ll tell you about the “buy down” option and that you’ll get $13k back the following year from tax returns and you don’t get that money. and when i asked Jacob, the seller, about it he only replied that he wasn’t a tax accountant and couldn’t give me advice on it. He came to my door and claimed to be military friendly because he was “prior” army. used that tactic and lied and tricked me into a 25 year contract. big big scam and not worth the money do not use them!! very predatory and shady

GreenStar Power knocked on my door trying to sell me solar even after I clearly told their sales representative that I already have a signed contract with another solar company. Instead of respecting that existing agreement, they continued pushing and attempted to get me to change companies.

On their website, GreenStar Power states that they “always strive for excellent customer service and satisfaction as our top priority” and that they work with top industry partners. Based on my experience, that statement does not align with how their sales representatives operate in the field.

The representative used scare tactics, telling me that the company I signed with was lying to me, trying to rip me off, or was a scam. None of that is true. I did my research before signing, the company I chose is reputable, and my experience with them so far has been great.

Disrespecting an already signed agreement and attempting to undermine another company through fear and misinformation is not excellent customer service. GreenStar may claim solar is their passion, but honesty, professionalism, and respect for homeowners’ decisions should be part of that as well.

Based on my direct experience, GreenStar Power did not live up to the values they advertise, and I would caution others to be wary of high-pressure sales tactics.
