I have nothing but praise, everything was done extremely fast, efficient and professional. Solar Edge Pros dealt with the city, county, electric company and our HOA as their name says, like pros. Highly recommend it.

Solar Edge Pros was 100% professional and honest throughout the entire process of bringing the system back online and up to code. Their communication was great and met my expectations every step of the way. I will definitely be using them again in the future if services are needed.

Isabel is the best first "face" of SolarEdge Pros. She helped navigate my concerns and questions about my inherited solar system and its functions even through challenging communication. Then I requested information about roof replacement and John immediately responded with detailed information and gave me options that helped me come to the very best solution for my home. The professionalism and timely responses John provided gave me confidence in this large purchase. He remains available throughout the project. Now that is customer service!! Very poor professionalism! I wanted a few estimates from several companies, stated this to the owner and he was ok with it. But after I decided to go with him, he avoided my calls. I had my girlfriend call him (different number) and he said “I’m not coming, he’s already got people coming out there and I’m not going out there for nothing!!!” And then hung the phone up in her face....
I NEVER leave reviews, good or bad but this guy or company deserves my energy today!
I wouldn’t recommend him to change a light bulb!

Abuses it's labor force while paying little to nothing

Long story short: did an excellent job, came on time, worked efficiently & the cost was less than half of two other estimates. Will definitely call them again if electrical work is needed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never completes a project. What they complete is in my opinion shoddy work and way over priced. I am still trying to get them to finish a project correctly. Next time I would have my homebuilder or GC look elsewhere. Does not stand behind their work!

I called to get clarification on a wiring issue that is happening with my three-year-old home and spent approximately three minutes on the call with a middle-aged gentleman who proceeded to insult me in a way I haven’t experienced in a while. He was in a hurry. He had to go to a meeting which was fine until he threw an insult my way claiming that I was looking to get free service when I was looking to get clarification on an issue that his company created. The most unprofessional experience I’ve had in a long time and Its no wonder this company has such horrible reviews.

This place is ridiculous. This company put in the lights in my home from my builder. I wanted to change out the foyer light and my builder said to call them. They have been to the home and know exactly what what changed. They are trying to charge a service fee on top of an install fee. I understand an install fee but most people don’t charge a service fee. You would think they would work with the person that is contracted by the builder they are installing all these lights. The builder was doing a service by referring more business to them. I asked to talk to someone and the lady wouldn’t let me. She was rude and very entitled and said “these are my prices.” I will not use the services of someone that is extremely rude and uptight.

MSF was contracted by my builder on a custom home. It has been exceedingly difficult get them to come out and finish the work. They show up, do a little, and then disappear for weeks at a time. So far it’s been over 8 months for them to finish out the electrical top out. We moved in 2 months ago because we couldn’t keep waiting. Supposedly they “hot checked” our house first but didn’t do a thorough job as we have an outlet hidden behind drywall and two other outlets that do not work. They were told about the outlets 3 weeks ago when they were on site, however they still have not come back. Extremely frustrating dealing with a company like this. So frustrating that I’m having to write my first ever google review to try to get them to finish the electrical at my house.

I had a pretty solid experience with GreenStar. The owner (Eric) is very honest, level headed, and goes out of his way to work with you. Even with COVID 19 going on, he still responded immediately to the questions and concerns I had.

I had a large car port built with panels installed on top. Once we settled on the size specs, the installation crew was professional and prompt. The job took three days and I’m very satisfied with their work. I come from an engineering background and can tell you the structure is solid and definitely built to last!

I highly recommend GreenStar to anyone looking for a cheaper electric bill or anyone who wants off the grid.

I worked with Bobby and he delivered on every expectation I had. He stayed in touch and responded to every one of my questions. When CPS caused delays in my panels being activated he even deffered my first month's payment so I wouldnt pay for inactive panels.
If your looking for dedicated staff who are perfessional, responsible and confident in there product/service I would strongly recommend Greenstar.

He tailored his proposal to our needs, offering comprehensive financial and energy usage analyses. At no point did we feel pressured to sign or face an ultimatum. Additionally, when we had an issue, the CEO personally called to assure us it would be addressed - sending Marco not only to fix it but also to follow up and explain the solution. Greenstar San Antonio combines the capabilities of a large company with the customer service of a small business.

Jacob was very helpful, answered absolutely all my questions I had. He had us set up with a water heater as well. He was very helpful very respectful and very honest person. I would 10/10 recommend him worked very fast within a month we were set up and our solar panels were turned on

The Greenstar Power team did a superb job on our solar system! the black on black panels look fantastic and they recommended Enphase. we already have PTO - the whole process took less than a month. We are thrilled! Will recommend them to my friends.

My experience with Greenstar has been excellent. They were able to provide me a good value and installed the solar panels quickly. Any hiccups that occurred were dealt with quickly and they were very responsive.

They are local and knowledgeable about their product as well as the alternatives. They were fair to their competition and explained simply what they could do better. I recommend Greenstar Power to those also looking into solar energy.
