The Technician (Angel) did an amazing job. I had my roof replaced and the people my contractor hired to taken down and put back my panels did do their job correctly. I called Solar Services and they got me back up and running in less than 3 hours. It was a true pleasure to find a company that actually knows what they are doing. I now have a service company for my solar needs and I will definitely be recommending them to everyone in the future.

After my wife and I had our solar system installed the company went out of business and we were stuck trying to get repairs. You guys came to the rescue and have been to the house twice with fantastic customer service. We had the solar panels clean the other day, and they look brand new and no mess was left behind. I think what is just as important, is the very great communication you have with your customers. You tell us when you’re coming, you arrive on time and you listen to any concerns. Thank you.

He did an excellent job of cleaning the panels, but also took time to analyze my electric connectivity and explaining to me where there was an error. Superb work and superb workmanship. I will use them again and can highly recommend them to anybody that needs panel work and solar connectivity.

We had them back out to install the critter guard due to pigeons nesting under the panels and we had the same tech. Angel, once again, did a fantastic job! Angel showed up on time and the work was done in the allotted amount of time. The looks great and has already made a difference. We definitely recommend this company!

Service tech found the problem was with powerwall settings. Fixed it, now everything’s fine again. He was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable.

My solar panels needed cleaning so I looked over some companies. I went with Solar Service because I liked that the person doing the cleaning is also an electrician. They sent Jack, an easy going guy but very professional. He explained what needed to be done before performing his job. I liked that my whole system was also checked for any problems/issues before the cleaning.

Angel arrived on-time and started right in. They set the cleaning up during the heat of the day so the hard water was drying quickly and leaving a film. Angel wouldn't stop until, not only were our panels clean, there was no film. Outstanding job.

I was in need of a solar company to remove and reinstall my solar panels because we were getting a new roof due to hail damage. My roofer could subcontract with a solar company, but I preferred to arrange this work on my own and be in control of the timing. The solar company that originally installed our panels was no longer doing business, but when I googled the original solar company's name, it pulled up a phone number for Solar Service. My research online showed they had very good reviews and a local office in San Antonio. I scheduled an estimate, and Angel was the one who came out to provide me a quote. I was very impressed with his professional knowledge and his personable demeanor. I asked a bunch of questions and he provided answers that made me feel confident in my decision to use Solar Services. In addition, the quote for the job was very fair and competitive. When I called to schedule the job, I asked if Angel could be on my install team, but learned he no longer does installs. I was assured the San Antonio office has two excellent install teams working with Angel, one of which would be handling my job. I was hoping I would be as pleased with the team that handled my removal/reinstall as I was with Angel.

One day before my roofers were scheduled, I had Project Team #2 remove my 20 solar panels in preparation for our new roof install. All 3 on the team were very hard working, personable, extremely skilled, and conscientious. They communicated with me throughout the process, were very respectful of our property, and neatly stored our panels in a safe and secure location in our backyard until time for reinstall. Thanks for a job well done! Look forward to seeing Project Team #2 back in a few weeks to get the panels reinstalled and operational again. 👍

About 3 weeks after our new roof was completed, Project Team #2 - Orlando, Aaron, and Luis - came back to reinstall our solar panels. They showed up on time as scheduled and it was good to see familiar faces. Because of my previous experience with them, I knew I could trust them to get the panels back up, cleaned and operational, while being careful not to damage the new shingles. They went above and beyond to provide excellent service, kept me informed throughout the reinstall process, and left the work area clean of debris from the job. It is so refreshing to get to interact with friendly, communicative, professional, hard working, service technicians who like what they do, work great as a team, and make customer satisfaction a priority! An added bonus - they provide a PDF report of all the work done, with before and after photos. Thanks Orlando, Aaron, and Luis!

I hope I don't need any solar repair or replacement any time soon, but if and when I do, I will definitely use Solar Service to do the work!
