If any way possible Stacy always comes through when I need him. Sometimes due to circumstances Beyond his control I don't get everything exactly when I want it but he always follows up and stays on top of everything. If he sees a potential problem he'll call me and let me know about it and I don't have to worry about it if it's in his hands because I know he'll take care of me. I've never had a problem with any of the prices of the materials but you definitely go above and beyond when it comes to customer service your driver always gives me a heads up when he's headed my way. When our house suffered a major fire in September 2023, we shopped around to find a company that would give us a fair and honest price. Out of the four quotes we received, we decided to go with Synergy Electric — and after everything was completed, I’m glad we did.

Not only did they provide a fair price, but they also worked closely with us on the design and took the time to explain the pros and cons of our choices. For example, we originally had the recessed lights placed too close to the ceiling fans. Had they installed them as we requested, we would have ended up with a strobe-light effect in the rooms. Great catch by Synergy Electric.

Overall, if I have any future projects that require electrical work, I will definitely call the team at Synergy Electric.

I went to home Depot and Lowe's looking for a 60 amp circuit breaker. Neither of these places had the breaker that I needed, so I know the guy told me about City electric supply. I googled it's location, and when I got there I was able to walk right in and get my part. It was cheaper than either Lowe's or home Depot too. This may be my new go to place for electrical items!

Don’t waste your time going to Lowe’s and Home Depot looking for electrical items. I am a DIY’r, these guys had what I was looking for and were willing to answer any questions I had. The cost of the items were reasonable. Very courteous and professional.
