Matt was tech and he was very professional and got the job done. Additionally, my wiring install was difficult and he informed me of my options. I am very pleased with the service he provided and I would recommend him and Mr. Sparky to anyone needing electrical work.

I had an electrical consultation with Kevin L. and was very impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise. He was punctual, knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain the issues and possible solutions in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed or pressured. This consultation gave me peace of mind and a clear plan moving forward. Highly recommend.

Sam came out first thing in the morning and walked us through the process and why, Sam was very informative, polite, and respectful.
I felt very confident in his ability to properly diagnose and what the proper way to proceed.

A second electrician (Anthony) came to assist and complete our repair. Anthony was also very polite and respectful and was kind enough to answer any concerns I had once Sam left. Anthony did a wonderful job reminding me that I would have to wait for CPS to come out and then once that's complete for the city inspectors to come out.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Especially during a time when I'm panicking due to our sudden loss of power due to work being done at a neighbor's home.

After the install Art came back out to make sure all my questions were answered and verified how the install went and to check on our dishwasher. He was Prompt and courteous. Truly Americans on time electricians.

I had scheduled an initial appointment with Mister Sparky and between their AI assistant, text confirmation, and speaking with an actual person there was a mix up with the confirmation of my initial appointment. I was disappointed initially, as I had waited all morning thinking someone was coming, but when I left a review outlining what happened Mister Sparky reached out quickly. Mistakes happen (like the miscommunication of my first appointment) but to me it's how a company responds to that mistake that is important. Mister Sparky didn't try to shift the blame to me or something else. They apologized and did everything they could to get someone out to my property quickly and accommodate my schedule. Raymond Martinez was the technician that came out and he was very respectful, professional, and knowledgeable. Raymond did a thorough inspection of what I had and what was needed. He also brought Benjamin Buck into the situation for an extra set of eyes. Both Raymond and Benjamin provided me with some great information. They weren't pushy, took the time to answer any questions I had, and explained exactly what they were looking at doing to get me up and running. Outside of that initial mishap with my first appointment (which was fixed quickly) my experience has been great.

Kevin was great!! Very informative and professional. I would highly recommend him to any family and friends. He would also be our go to electrician if any other issues were to arise at our home. We were very pleased with his work.

Called them to fix two outlets that stopped working, they arrived within the hour and performed a thorough inspection of my whole house electrical system. Sadly both onerous showed evidence of fried wires and a very outdated electrical panel that was over 50 years old. They were very honest and helpful with all my questions and concerns. My issue ended up being much bigger than what I thought and the estimate was more than I anticipated, they offered financing, long story short they started around 2pm and by 9pm I had two new panels inside and out installed, a two rod ground and rewire. Very happy with results. My electrical system is now current but most importantly safe.

Mr. Sparky was professional and quickly showed up to get our power restored. Roberto did a great job in taking the time to explain the issue and quickly resolved the power to our home. We would highly recommend this company!

After contacting a few other companies that had ghosted me. Mr sparky got back to me the same day as my request, on a weekend, and got service scheduled within a day. Great service on a couple outlets and inspection of boxes. Mark was quick, very helpful, and answered all questions I had even about other projects. Will recommend, though they might be a little more expensive than other services, very much worth it if you value customer service and timely service.

This was such an excellent experience, first Marcus came out and listen to all of our concerns, not once did he make us feel like our concerns were not valid, then he set us up for the very next day to have our whole panel changed out along with adding new plugs. He didn’t work on Saturday but made it a point to come out and have a smooth switch with Anthony and Scott, who also were very professional and very friendly, these guys worked in the heat and never stopped working, afterwards. While they were doing my new drops they took a little time to just make sure that my wiring in these areas were in working order for us. Afterwards even as hot as it was they both stayed and explained everything until we felt good with everything. I would 100% recommend these guys for any electrical needs. I will definitely be using them again for my backyard Paradise project.

Buck went above and beyond to help us figure out was was going on in my mid century two prong hot mess of a house. Truly thankful for his expertise and giving us all of our options. 10/10 recommend Mr. Sparky and Buck!

Hands down Kevin Flores of Mister Sparky San Antonio is one of the most honest techicans I’ve dealt with. He explained everything in plain language, gave me different package options to fit my finances, and told me exactly what I needed versus what could wait—no BS at all.

He even brought up a breaker box recall he had seen at another home, checked mine, and showed me the recall info online so I could see it myself. That kind of honesty builds real trust. Very much appreciated!

Raymond was prompt, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem with the outlet and associated breaker and fixed the electrical issue. He also assisted in reinstalling my lights to ensure they work. Great service.

We called for a simple light fixture install in our 1920’s home. Our technician Brett found numerous safety issues with our outdated wiring and recommended a significant project. Robert and Justin came to do the install, and worked over 12 straight hours to complete the full project, including the light fixture. Their effectiveness, professionalism, and customer service is unmatched. Truly incredible to deal with a company that provides this level of service. Vincent Isaac was a man of integrity and faith. The job was done well. unfortunately it couldn't be completed in one day, so they returned after the weekend was over. my schedule is tight so they worked with me on time management to squeeze into my day, and Frank Garcia was able to work quickly and efficiently. My only complaint is about the cost, incredibly pricey. But overall, its worth it.

My experience with The Mister Sparky team was great. I had an urgent issue with my outdoor panel following an home inspection and Timothy was on scene a couple of hours later. He took diagnostics and made sure all my questions were answered. The second day Keith and Matthew arrived and worked together to resolve issues in both our house panels. They were both professional and responsive and took their time afterwards to review their work with me.

Kevin was outstanding. Not only proper diagnostic, but worked very quickly and kept us well informed throughout all repairs. Showed us what was needed, and why and how to save the most while ensuring the safety of our home. Highly recommend. He will be our electrician from here on out. Very much satisfied.
