Rick Contreras and his assistant Frank were above and beyond in reassuring my mother and did a wonderful job putting up a new light fixture and installing a doorbell. They were punctual, neat and very courteous.

Davila Electric is a great company. However ladies could ladies could be a little more friendlier when answering the phone they sound like its a bother when im calling for service. Not Christina but the other lady. Maybe they need a refresher course in customer service. When answering the phone smile 🧘‍♂️😇😃😀

Not sure why this company thinks it’s acceptable to take about 15 hrs to fix the power issue at my apartment complex. Why is there always an issue when it rains. I wish we had CPS contracted instead of this company. I work from home and y’all mess with my money.

They always do a great job! Kristen is friendly and very accommodating. The guys that come out are very professional and know their craft! We have been using Davila Electric for over the 6 years I have been at my job. We will continue to use time and time again!

Rick and Frankie were reliable and punctual. My dad is sick and the stove went out and they came on Friday afternoon when they didn’t have too. I’m super appreciative of the excellent customer service.

These guys were prompt,professional and well mannered.
They responded to a call to my elderly mothers house, half her lights were out. They got there fast toke care of the problem and left no mess.

I've used Mr, Davila for years and have always had good experiences.

I had originally set up an appointment based on previous reviews. The woman who took the initial call seemed like the call itself was a bother. Still, cannot base a company on just one person so had the appointment set up for today. Electrician was supposed to come out today between 8am-12pm, call before coming out. Did not receive a call until 1:30pm, said he would come out at 2:30pm, no show. This is highly unprofessional. If something came up, understandable but a courtesy call goes a long way. Please don't waste customer's days just waiting for someone to come out. People have things to do especially when renovating a home.

Got Angel A. for an emergency work order in my apartment due to a bad breaker that could have turned ugly quick.

Showed up earlier than expected time, answered my questions honestly and respectfully. He did amazing.
Nice, kind, and super knowledgable / quick and efficient!
Management, I appreciate you guys sending such an awesome staff member, this man deserves a raise.

Tim, the owner owes me $3000 for damaging my car at a construction site. He did not want to call insurance but never paid me either. Very poor etiquette

I paid him to installed a new panel at my house and some new electrical outlets. So he fixed my counter top gfi for free . Great guy and great workers .

Scotty from Mister Sparky was awesome! I popped my main breaker trying to fix something myself (DIY life…), and he showed up fast and knew exactly what to look for. He explained everything clearly, didn’t make me feel bad about the mistake, and had the main breaker fixed safely and quickly.

Professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. Pricing was fair, and he made sure the whole panel was good before he left.

Highly recommend Scotty and Mister Sparky if you need reliable electrical work done right!

Brett was wonderful. He took his time explaining the electrical problem, offered different solutions and did a thorough job. We even became members after Brett explained the benefits. I’m extremely happy and impressed by this company and their service techs.

My tech Raymond Martinez was personable & professional. He changed out some smoke detectors, answered all my questions, sent me quotes for future work & gave me his business card in case anything comes up. Roberto was outstanding. Very professional and a highly skilled electrician. Besides installing the fixture, he examined our home’s entire electrical system and informed us of weaknesses needing attention. We know who to call when we need electrical assistance. A very positive experience!

Frank was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain everything in a way I could easily understand, which I really appreciated especially during an emergency situation. There were no hidden charges at all; everything was upfront and clearly explained with fixed pricing. Frank was honest, efficient, and made the whole process stress-free. I truly appreciate his help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing an emergency electrician.

I appreciate this amazing team of electricians (and office scheduling staff) that came out immediately and worked in this Texas heat and well into the night to get my system all updated. I don’t think this 60s house has had an electrical facelift since the day it was built. Thanks again Buck, Cameron and Tim for all you wonderful work that you do. One month later when my inspection date arrived Cameron did a stellar job getting me all set up the second time he returned. He listened to my needs and questions since the last visit. After it approved inspection he checked the whole house thoroughly ex to make sure all electrical outlets were again working properly. Thank you again Cameron for getting my electric system working and updated.

David was awesome. He was very informative on what he was going. Very respectful and knowledgeable. He stayed untill He knew we were happy wirh the job. It was an all day project but he never showed frustration. Was always ready to answer our questions with patience and a smile. He actually felt like family. Thats how much trust we felt with him even though we had never met. He is a superior electrician.

I would highly recommend Mr Sparky for your electrical needs. The wiring for our doorbell was old and we needed help getting our video doorbell connected. They were able to get to us super quick! Roberto was courteous respected our home by wearing shoe covers and was very knowledgeable. He got everything rewired and working perfectly. After he was finished he made sure we were happy with the work and then Luciano followed up to also make sure we had no issues. Pleasant experience! Thank you Mr Sparky!
