Wow... The unprofessionalism of your CSR was unreal. When people call your company you have an obligation. I can only imagine how they treat their employees or their other customers.

They have helped me with multiple properties to resolve minor and major electrical issues. I appreciate their effort to find repurposed parts that have prevented an unnecessary and costly replacement. They are my go to electrician !

This guys came here . Did not do anything and charge 90 usd for 10 min estimate. had a bad experience. I wish they would let me know that they charge for giving estimate. They missed getting 5k worth job for 90 dollars

Zero stars. Guy came last frIday to give me a quote (Small jpn one plug and a light switch). Looked said he would have one back that day . Tuesday the next week and nothing so I called and a rude girl answered the phone and said she was working on it and would have to me by the end of the day. Here we are at Wednesday and I have not heard a thing. I have better things to do than wait around for a quote and then not get one. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY POOR, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
