Kevin was amazing. He was very professional and thorough in his inspection, and even found a couple major safety issues we didn’t even know we had. He was communicative throughout the whole process. When switching teams to David and Vincent it was also seamless and they too were professional and very respectful of our home.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Sparky’s electrician, Kevin L. He was very knowledgeable and assessed issues needing attention to our home electrical system.
He made repair recommendations and payment options available for us to consider. I appreciate that he took the time to explain everything fully. At this time we our visit was a general assessment.

We had an emergency situation or subpanel was going out causing the outside breaker to get up to 150 They answered my phone call and they sent Roberto out here who helped us get the stuff we need and the pricing just right and then the journeyman came and installed it all. which they also did an amazing job. Everyone quit this company

Buck and Carlos were awesome . They worked all day to restore our electricity. Great guys. Would definitely recommend them. Knowledgeable, entertaining, and prompt with arrival times. Staying till 10pm to ensure we were taken care of. Awesome services!

Frank was excellent, he took the tile to explain the issues and several options for correcting the electrical shortcomings in my home. He repaired the least expensive way and even waived the service call, which means alot to a retired person on very fixed income. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend!

Buck was the electrician that responded for a same day assessment of a load issue we were having on our 200A panel. He was extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. He took the time to answer my questions and was thorough. Very appreciative of the service call and professionalism. I was wanting to use a locally owned company which they are and I would definitely recommend Mr Sparky.

Frank arrived, assessed the situation, and gave me options for what I want completed. He explained all options and once I made the decision, he went to work like a Boss! He was pleasant to talk with and answered all questions completely. What I liked most, he enjoyed doing what he knows how to do. He deserves a bonus! Buck was extremely helpful. Replaced a GFCI and diagnosed a larger problem in our house. Explained everything really thoroughly and was really friendly. Enjoyed talking to him and having him in the house. Would absolutely come back to Misty Sparky again based on this experience.

My experience with Alex was great! He was professional and transparent. He talked me through everything and he didn’t try to talk me into services I didn’t need right now. I think he gave me a fair assessment of the issue as well as how to remedy it. He fixed the issue with no problem and then he walked me through the inspection. He was very personable and spoke to me at my level of understanding. He absolutely solved my problem and addressed all of my questions. He gave me input to address minor or milder issues down the line.
I absolutely would not hesitate to contact Mr. Sparky or Alex again. He was a cool guy!

I had such a great experience with the technicians Alexander Mendiola and Vincent Isaac in helping me establish some safety items that were so outdated that if left unfixed could have resulted in a house fire! Team coconut!!! They were great! They were extremely professional, kind, and accommodating to our circumstances. Walked through the process with me and made sure all my questions were answered. My power was out for a couple of hours and let us use a generator so I could work from home. I was very happy and pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone. Excellent service from Mister Sparky and my Technician Kevin Flores. He arrived on time and was polite, friendly, and considerate of my home. He took the time to listen to me and to explain the expected costs of front. He quickly diagnosed and fixed my problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has electrical needs.

Couldn't be happier with the job Mr Sparky and their electrician Alan did for us. Replacing bulbs in a ceiling fixture on the ceiling and the entire fixture came down. Had a hole and no light. Alan was done for the day and took the call to come to our rescue. He was courteous and reassuring and professional. FIVE STARS all the way.

Had a great experience with Mr. Sparky of San Antonio. I called yesterday and everything was fixed today, which I really appreciated. Frank was the technician and he was prompt, professional, and very communicative as the work progressed.

I needed a motion sensor switch fixed after I’d tripped the breaker trying to install it myself, along with a GFCI outlet replacement and an outdoor spotlight swap. Frank explained what went wrong, worked efficiently, and had everything completed quickly. The work looks clean, everything was tested, and everything was working perfectly when he left.

Overall, a smooth, stress-free service call. I’m very happy with the work and would definitely use them again.

Robert Ramirez was the technician that Mr. Sparky sent out to assess my electrical issue. Roberto was professional, courteous, and personable. He knowledgeable and explained everything well. He completed the project within an hour and made sure that I was informed of what he was doing throughout the process. I would recommend Mr. Sparky, and especially Roberto, if you are having electrical issues.

Ant and Mark did an excellent job servicing my home today. They came out to give an estimate on my issue with no power to my water heater. They found that the water heater breaker was tripping and not resetting. I provided the breaker and they replaced that for me but they noticed in the laundry room was missing a bushing and the grounding wasn’t up to par along with a loose box. They did a great job of letting me know the issues and provided options for me. I will be recommending to family and friends the great work they completed for me. I now have hot water ; and now a happy customer!

I had a really good experience working with Richard Cummings, Jr., an electrician from Mister Sparky. He arrived early, was professional and personable, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He clearly walked me through the pricing, the recommended repairs, and which items were higher priority versus things that could wait, which I appreciated.

Richard wasn’t pushy at all, answered my questions patiently, and made me feel comfortable and safe having the work done in my home. He completed the job efficiently, cleaned up afterward, and made sure everything was in good working order before leaving.

Overall, the experience felt transparent and respectful, and I appreciated how clearly everything was explained from start to finish.

I can’t complain I lost power to my efficiency apartment on New Year’s Eve at night Mister sparky tech Frank Ramirez came out to look at the problem and of course my electricity was the original from when the home was built 1950. Frank Thoroughly explained the problems I was having. Frank, David and Jason took care of the problem. Keep in mind the reviews helped me to choose a Reliable company. I have no regrets yes a little costly but so worth it! Thank you guys you all did an amazing job and no mess to clean up afterwards. Frank did go above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. Photos from old to new and added. I need a little electric wiring fix in my bathroom and frank stop by and took care of the problem. I can’t complain 100%
