We scheduled an overall tree service for several oaks and even a dead one that needed to be taken down and cut into firewood. Adrian and his team -- only two others, so I nicknamed them The Three Amigos -- did a fantastic job! 🥳 Our trees look great and as Tyler explained when providing us a quote, we won't have to have the trees serviced again for at least 3 years so it was well worth the $ spent. The clean-up was done well also. And the office staff was professional too throughout the entire process. Tyler even helped provide our neighbor a quote on the same day our trees were being cut/pruned/de-mossed. Kudos to Texas Tree Authority for a great job done all the way around!

Christian, the arborist, and his crew did an outstanding job clearing the large oaks and overgrown trees in our front and backyard. We appreciate the care taken while on our property, especially given the size and height of our oak trees. It was a sad day when we discovered our beautiful tree had been stricken by disease and was subsequently being devoured from the outside in by boring beetles. I called Texas Tree Authority and David Force (a Certified Arborist) came to my home to validate, that indeed, the tree had suffered irreparable damage. Heartbroken as my wife and I were, we began the process of preparing for the worst... total tree removal. David was sympathetic and caring as he described the next steps and relieved the anxiety any homeowner experiences when losing a friend that provided so much pleasure throughout the years. His team of experienced craftsmen removed this centenarian tree effortlessly causing zero damage to our yard or home. You wouldn't notice that they were ever here. The entire team, including David, were fantastic and I can't praise them enough for their skills and professionalism.

We have used four or five tree trimming companies over the years trying to find one that delivers on sometimes lofty promises of arborist knowledge and excellent service. And we have been sorely disappointed over the years. Until now.

From our initial meeting with arborist David Force to watching Santos and his crew work, Texas Tree Authority did all they had promised and more. Our trees have never looked so good. David was present during the beginning, middle, and end of the service and REALLY knows his trees. Santos and his crew were tireless in trimming the trees and were always friendly and knowledgeable if I or my wife had a question or a suggestion.

Unlike other tree trimming companies in which I felt I needed to be watching all the time . . . after about 20 minutes, I realized the folks at Texas Tree Authoity knew exactly what they were doing. A very pleasant surprise!

Christian’s crew he sent out were absolutely amazing and true professionals. They made sure to put safety as priority, I was glad to see them tied off in case of any problems, need hats and all. We had many tall trees and they trimmed every one of them beautifully. They worked perfectly together, even cleaning up along the way. I was truly impressed with these guys!! They found no obstacle they couldn’t handle. What a great team!

I hired Texas Tree Authority to trim and prune a large live oak tree in our backyard. David Force (Certified Arborist) came to our home and evaluated the tree. He made recommendations on the type of work that was needed. David, was very knowledgeable. Santos and crew were very professional and did a great job trimming the tree. The tree is 60 to 70 feet tall and it was amazing to watch them perform the work at those heights. They left stacked firewood behind and cleaned up both mine and my neighbor's yard since the limbs from the tree hung over to their side. We would highly recommend their service and will use them again in the future.

Texas Tree Authority did an outstanding job clearing several large oak trees that came down during a recent storm, along with multiple cedar trees. From start to finish, the crew was professional and efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing.

David, the lead certified arborist on the job, was fantastic. He communicated clearly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and made sure everything was handled safely and correctly. You could tell the team took real pride in their work — they worked quickly but carefully, and the cleanup afterward was excellent.

He was out the next day and was very knowledgeable and professional with his review of all our trees. He took the time to explain and answer questions as well as give us guidance on next steps. He explained their services, showed me what my trees needed, and went above and beyond in writing a letter to my insurance company in response to the request to over trim the trees. On cut day the crew worked efficiently and professionally allowing me to ask questions as needed or explaining anything they were doing. The crew went beyond what was expected by trimming my hedges, removing a dead (builder grade) tree, and thoroughly cleaning fallen limbs from the HOA greenbelt against the back of my house all at no additional cost. While the overall price is not something to scoff at, you get what you pay for. A knowledgeable and friendly arborist who is easy to communicate with and perfectly willing to answer any off-the-wall plant questions and a trim crew that is great at what they do and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I will definitely recommend and choose Texas Tree Authority for any and all tree work in the future.

We contacted Texas Tree Authority after receiving a "mailing" in late December. We knew our oaks needed some work to stay healthy. I was very impressed after reading their reviews, and decided to give them a call. At this point, we only had until 1/31/26, to get the job completed (due to citywide restrictions because of Oak Wilt). Tyler came out for our consult. He was prompt, professional and thoroughly answered all our questions. Thankfully, they were able to get us on their schedule in time to meet our deadline.

Santos and his crew arrived this morning and did an awesome job for us! The trees look great, and they cleaned up and removed all the resulting brush (and even removed a small pile we had accumulated)! I am very impressed with both their work and professionalism. I will definitely contact and use them again.

Texas Tree Authority earned our business from the very first interaction. I submitted an online quote request and received a response within an hour. By the end of the day, Tyler was at our property assessing the work. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what our six trees (oaks and stubborn cedar) needed and why.

We received a detailed quote within two hours of his visit and it was fair and reasonable. For comparison, another company stopped by later, didn’t walk the property, and threw out an outrageous number without a plan. The difference in professionalism was obvious.

TTA scheduled us just before an incoming ice storm, showed up on time, worked efficiently, and left the yard spotless. The cleanup was excellent.
