Buyer beware. Ensure that they finish the job before you pay them. Also, you may want to keep an eye on them. Make sure they don’t cut off large tree branches they don’t need to be cut off and if they cut a tree down for you and say they’re going to grind the stump down to ground level. Make sure they do it my stump still sitting there waiting. Enjoy your day.

Outstanding service. Had a 45 yr old Arizona Ash tree which broke in half during heavy winds. The quote was reasonable. Hackberry tree cut down at the same time. Tree climber had to walk on our house roof plus neighbors roof to remove branches. Our insurance adjuster was present and impressed with work and clean up job. She would of hired them but lives in Houston. They are professional, punctual, efficient , did excellent job and would use them again!

I called these guys on a Saturday later in the afternoon and they came out to look at our tree early Sunday. Super cool, sweet, humble, and genuine group of men. I am absolutely 1000% pleased with the work that was done. Very clean work. I've had some pretty bad experiences with other companies and I wasn't sure what to expect. Ideally we all have expectations on how we want our yard to look when all is said and one. My expectations were beyond exceeded. I highly recommend. Very professional and punctual. They told me they would be here at 9 the next day and they were right on time. They also cleaned up all the leaves that came off the branches they cut so you can’t even tell anything was cut off the tree. Will be going to them for now on for any tree related problems.

After moving into our home, my husband and I have been putting off having a few branches trimmed that were hanging over our home. As weather rolled in last week, we'd finally had enough anxiety over wondering if this would be the storm to knock a tree onto us. I called Good Arbor, and within hours they had arrived to inspect the situation and give us a quote. They were able to schedule the emergency tree trimming for later in the week — and then ended up turning up a few days early, as they'd wrapped up a different job in the area! Everyone we worked with was incredibly kind, smart, and accommodating. Green Arbor let us know we had a few dead limbs on other trees that would need trimming in the future but worked with us to provide a service within our budget for the month that addressed our immediate concerns. They even chopped the felled limbs into wood chips for us, which we were able to use for other projects. I cannot recommend Good Arbor enough — and I'm looking forward to working with them in the future.
