Called to inquire about a clean, the woman I spoke to was friendly and polite. She and her crew came out the next day. They got my house spic and span and ready to sell.

Contacted Premier Cleaning after seeing them on Groupon. I called to see if they specialized in DEEP cleaning which they did, offered to stop by and give me a proposal within the next day. I specified what needed to be done and she said she would pass the notes down to the lady that would be assigned. Lady arrived within the time frame that was given and I walked her through it again,I asked her if the refrigerator interior was included which I didn't expectef it to but she was king enough to do it since the house was smaller than usual. To this point I was really happy with the service I taught I was getting. We decided to leave while she cleaned so we wouldn't be in the way. 3 hours passed and my husband and I decided to stop by, to our surprise she was already leaving. As we entered the house it looked the same, bathroom, refrigerator and floor stain where detailed, but everything else seems as if it wasnt even touched. Didn't even have a clean house after smell. I waited to be contacted for payment so I could talk about my concern but I didn't received a phone call, I called them the next day and she said she could stop by and take a look. The lady arrived at 8pm and again I told her what didn't get done and she started cleaning, she cleaned the visible walls and a window stains and once she said it was done I looked at the other things that I felt still needed cleaning but I felt so bad she had to come again and cleaned what the other lady hadn't done that I left it like that. I was charged a bit over $150 and honestly didn't feel like I got what I paid for.

Wow, what a great job. They soft washed our house, really cleaned the bricks up it looks a new house. And best part, the owner Shana, she was right there working making sure it was being done right. They also pressured washed our driveway and we have a lot of driveway. Thanks again for a job well done.

I had premier cleaning clean my windows inside and out. Wow! What a difference! My house is brighter and I feel like Im in a new house. It was such a good feeling that I then had them pressure wash my walkways, driveway and back porch. They look awesome! No more green or black gunk. So happy with this service.

They are truly a "premier professional cleaning service". My family and I recently moved out of our home and was not able to clean it properly to get it ready for the market. I contacted Premier Professional to inquire about cleaning the grout work in my bathroom. They provided an estimate and scheduled the work the same week. Premier Professional Cleaning Services is a great company. They are detail oriented and can pressure wash like nothing I have seen before. They go to great lengths to ensure their customer is happy. I will definitely hire them again for any exterior cleaning or make ready services I need in the future!

I contacted Premier Professional for a soft wash to clean the vinyl siding on my mobile home. The service was scheduled within a week, and all supplies to complete the job were brought to my home. The finished result was a much cleaner and bright white vinyl, very pleased with the results. Still looking good after several months.

Did not show up. Did not return calls. They lied to me and repeatedly failed to show up for scheduled appointments.

Konner & his assistant were on time, polite, & did their efficiently. Konner explained the process and the product he used. I had a pleasant citrusy fragrance that remained for a while; then my visitors arrived. I definitely will use Greenleaf Solutions again.

Tried cleaning my own carpets with a steam cleaner we bought at a store and it just wouldn’t do the deep clean my carpets needed. Contacted konnor and he came out that week and was able to get all the stains out and make my carpet look new again. I love that he uses safe products to clean with as well. He did an amazing job and was very quick. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Highly recommend not only is he very professional but he very affordable and works really hard.

Konner had his work cut out for him with this job. Both the carpet and recliner belonged to an elderly disabled relative and hadn't ever been professionally cleaned. He did an amazing job in cleaning the dirt and grime and left the carpet and recliner clean and fresh smelling. Also he uses natural non toxic cleaning agents so that was important to us too. Great job, Konner!

This is a carpet cleaning company but they do Christmas lights set up and take down. Or at least that's what I paid for. We made an appointment for set up. The only reason I found out he wasn't coming was that I texted him 6 hours after his appointment time to check when I hadn't heard anything. The lights finally went up 2 days later. As for take down, he said he would contact us about 2 weeks into Jan. Didn't hear from him. I've been checking in with him weekly since the end of January. Still, lights are up. And just in case you might think this is an anomaly, he did the same to my neighbor. Let see if starting to post reviews will help.
