South Texas Pool did a fantastic job on cleaning my pool tiles and rock from the calcium build up. Bryson was very professional and did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process. I highly recommend them!

We were very pleased with the entire pool resurface process. Eric answered all our questions in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. The resurface team worked hard at their craft and were on schedule. I appreciated the reassurance of being A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau and not having any open nor closed complaints. We were not disappointed! I do wish there were guidelines for the first 7 then 28 days of startup, but being on several pool forums, I followed the 2-page NPC plaster guideline coupled with the chemical addition amounts from a local pool water testing company. Without these resources, start up would have been vague and more stressful. Thanks South Texas Custom Pool Company! I would recommend the company and Eric as a project manager to others!

Sonny was honest, kind, professional, and kept us up to date on the repairs and best options to help us get our spa back in working condition. We had a horrible experience with the initial installation process and only a month after install the spa cracked and leaked all the water out. Sonny provided us with empathy from our past experience and did what he could to turn a horrible situation into something beautiful. The spa looks better than brand new! The technician that visited our home could t have been more professional or helpful to us. Our pool looks brand new after they blasted all the calcium buildup off of our tiles and waterfall. We are very happy with the service and look forward to working with them again!
