When I called and scheduled the appointment they asked if I had an outside water source which I told him I didn’t have one the had me waist half a day and showed up an hour late jus to tell me they couldn’t do it and I needed to be rescheduled

I just had my carpet cleaned by Enviro Clean and was very pleased with the service and the outcome I saw a big difference in the appearance and textured of the carpet before it was cleaned it was very dirty and stiff now it feels like new, not to mention that the customer service was great and professional and very knowledgeable ... Al was super helpful. He took before and after photos and sent them to my phone. Also provided some shoe covers for the house cleaners to keep the carpets cleaned.

Al worked on my carpet. I called around 11AM and they had an opening the same day for me at 5. Al called and surprised me by coming even earlier! My carpets look brand new. I had extreme dog urine smell unfortunately and the steam and chemicals took it right out.
