Pool deck reconditioned, expansion joint replaced, stone work and waterline tile cleaned and conditioned. Sara provided exceptional customer service. Prompt, informative, knowledgeable, patient and accurate. Work crews were skilled professionals that were on time and always left the workspaces clean.

Horrible service!! Hired to remove build up on tiles. A few months later, buildup started back. They were suppose to put a glaze on the tiles that they blasted but did not do. Plaster started cracking at the end of the pool where they had drained it. Contacted owner/manager. He never offered to come look at the work was done. He only wanted to argue the situation. I left a review a few days ago on Facebook. He once again stated the issue had been resolved. Ha…in his mind maybe so but he never did one thing to resolve any issues. It appears he has now blocked me from Facebook so my review can’t be seen. Save your money. Completely unprofessional company!!

Bryson did a great job for us cleaned our giant grotto waterfall as well as tile line of our pool. This is the 2 time we have used South Texas Pool tile cleaning and will use them annually from here on out!

Super disappointed! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My grandmother utilized their services in June of 2025, we’re having major issues with what they did, we contacted them regarding the problems and they said they would send someone to check. Days go by and NOTHING. Call them again and they apologize and send someone, identified the problem and they were supposed to come back again on a certain day and time to fix it, once again NO ONE EVER SHOWED! we have called and text them and nothing, no one ever picks the phone up or responds to text. Like at least call or send a text that you’re not going to make it! Grandmother payed A LOT of money, just for them to ghost her.

Edit 10/7: Company did contact us and did sincerely apologize. Since then they have been communicating greatly, have not missed an appointment. I appreciate management taking what I said and fixing it!

I had been shopping around for a pool company to resurface my fiberglass pool. After several calls my last call was to South Texas Pools. The first person I spoke to gave me one quote. A few days later I reached back out to the number of the person I was in contact with and mentioned to the lady that I was interested in moving forward. Upon confirming with her she sent me over another quote. I asked as to why it was $1000.00 more and the lady on the line said that they under estimated my pool size. I did not feel like that was my problem since I was already given a quote. After going back and forth with their sales representative they had for me as my point of contact, I decided to move forward with their services and only because he seemed very polite and professional. I was promised a start date of a Thursday and the their team did not begin until the following Tuesday. My pool was dirty since we did not want to clean it if it was already going to get drained, why would I spend on more chemicals. The crew showed up to my house after 9am and finished the project around 3pm. I was shocked since they mentioned it was a 3-5 day project. When I got home the aftermath was terrible. I immediately sent my sales consultant a message of how bad the job was. As the nice guy he is he said he would take a look at it the next day. He stopped by my house and realized that the job was terrible. The pool was not sanded at all, paint chips were still noticeable (they painted over old paint), all calcium build up was painted over when I was told they would remove it. I had an event that following weekend and needed my pool to be ready. I was told the team would come back and start the process again on Monday, and they did not show up until Thursday. The aftermath the send time was better but brown stains began to appear on the pool again. I have treated the water making sure proper chlorine and PH levels are in range. I appreciate that my sales consultant kept his promise but I do not see myself conducting business with South Texas Pools again. As mentioned, sales consultant was great but the rest of the team failed to keep their promise with pricing and time.

Chris Wallace and his team were fantastic!! Professional, courteous, efficient, and high quality are just the beginning of terms I’d use to describe them! Our pool deck looks great!!! I strongly recommend South Texas Pool and Chris’ team!!!!

Billie, Sara, Billie’s assistant and Christian were great! They are attentive and thorough! Thank you for making my 25 year old pool look new!!

We requested a quote to have the left wall of our waterfall repaired to correct a leak (first photo). The first tech that came out gave said every effort would be made to match the right side of the waterfall. We were told the stone wouldn't match exactly, but the dimensions would be conserved. This was our expectation. On the first day of the job, a second tech proposed the layout seen in photo 2. This looked absurd to us. He proposed 5 steps that did not in any way match the 8 steps on the intact side. We asked if the stones could be cut and 8 steps made instead? He said yes. With no further discussion, he finished the job. He sent me the third picture as he pulled out of my driveway and left. I was very disappointed when I got home and inspected the work. The stones jut out 3 inches further on the left than the right. 3 of the stones are half the thickness of the other stones.

I called the main number to complain. The second tech called me back at the end of the day. When I described my issues to him, he was completely uncompromising, but said someone would come back Monday to do something. On Monday, he came back and argued with me for over 45 minutes. I told him I was unsatisfied with the job, and asked for options to improve it. He said there was none. He said no changes could be made. I tried calling the main number multiple times on numerous days, and I kept getting your voicemail. I only received a call back and after telling them I was going to leave a negative review. The first tech called me back and I had the same conversation with him. I asked what could be done to make it look better. He told me he would talk to someone and promised to call me back the next day to see what could be done. That was over a week ago. No one has called me back.

They did fix the leak, but their communication was nonexistent after they decided the job was done. They didn't care about doing it right. They just did it as fast as they could and without asking for the customer's input.

We had our pool replastered and was very happy with everyone involved. From Sara in the office, to Chris and Blake, the project managers and all the other workers. They were all very nice, cleaned up after their work, answered all questions, and the work was done in the time frame promised. We will definitely use them again for any other pool needs.
