I contacted Prime Time Washing to have my rain gutters cleaned of leaves and debris. The company responded to me in a very timely manner and I was able to schedule an appt in my desired timeframe. Blake Adams, the owner, showed up on time cleaned all the debris out of my gutters, flushed out the downspouts, bagged up the debris and carried it away. Blake is professional and pleasant. I highly recommend this company. Athough my service was gutter cleaning this company performs power washing services.

Prime Time washing is a premier power washing company. The owner came on the appointed day and time in professional uniform and a brand spanking new white power wash truck with impressive logo. But then he left? Well, God rained him out! The deluge started no sooner than he moved the knick knacks and plants off my porch into the garage. He carefully put my plants and knick knacks back on the porch in the rain! He got soaking wet. He came back the next day bright and early, as before, around 8 a.m. with the same pleasant attitude. I like this guy, don't you? His rates are reasonable, and his equipment is excellent. His truck was fully equipped to dispense suds, bleach, or water. He worked very hard. The front porch had these little colored stains after the roofers replaced my drip edge and the shingles on the drip edge. He didn't promise the stain would come out, but It did. And, he didn't even use bleach on the front porch. But it looks absolutely great! I noticed the difference right away. The next day, a friend parked a little into my driveway, and her car leaked fluid. I asked him to come back the next day, not just to do that one (1) spot but also to do the back porch with bleach, because algae and two (2) other spots didn't come up. I waited because I didn't want him to use bleach when my dog was home. We left, and he had no problem coming back while we were away. I offered to pay his gas. He charged a reasonable amount, $15. I don't think most people would have come back because I was the one who said not to use bleach while my dog was home. Check out the before and after photos, homeowners. I have had previous power washes that didn't get up stains that this power wash removed. Even my neighbor commented that it looked good. "On his face, if he worried he hid it. He started to sing as he tackled the thing that couldn't be done, and he did it!" (Excerpt, "It Couldn't Be Done," by Edgar Albert Guest).

We had them come out and spray down all our equipments radiators (loaders and excavators) came out looking brand new! Can’t wait to have Blake come out and clean a whole piece of equipment!! Great guy awesome communication and showed up earlier which helped out a lot definitely using him for all my equipment washing needs!!

Blake was super professional and helped me remove 2 tagging's of graffiti in my neighborhood. Speedy service, good quality work, good communication. There were some spots that were tagged and removed on the wall prior with another company and prime times work looked way better and consistent.

Blake was able to schedule me just a couple days after I called him. He gave me an estimate and threw in an extra interior window cleaning. The results were amazing! He uses a special water conditioner that keeps the windows cleaner longer and doesn’t spot. I have a very high window and was sure it would be a problem when I didn’t see a ladder, but he used a telescopic wand that worked beautifully and safely. He even got some old muddopper nests off. He guaranteed his work, too. I will use him again!
