I called about 7 companies listed on Google that did roof cleaning and none of them could even give me a range of the costs to clean the dirty roof of a single story 1500 square foot home. When I called Prime Time Washing, Blake Adams, the owner answered. He told me how the whole cleaning process would work, how he cares for an older roof, and about what it would cost. I set up an appointment and Blake told me he normally planned for the rains expected in 4 days to rinse the roof. I needed it be finished in two days. So he said he would come back to the house the day after he cleaned the roof to rinse it off. My schedule was changed after everything was set. No problem. Blake rescheduled all his work. He did the roof cleaning and the results were fabulous. I had tried to borrow or rent a pressure washer to do the driveway, but none were available. As soon as Blake finished cleaning the roof, he did the driveway, sidewalks and porch. The second day he rinsed the roof and all the concrete. They have never looked as good. After he inspected the roof, he decided to rinse it a second time. The roof looks new. He gave me a combination discount and because I am a retired veteran he also gave me a military discount. I cannot overstate the superior job he did, his professionalism, his willingness to work with my changing schedule, and the results of his work. He is the best.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I really appreciated Blake's communication through the setup, quote, and cleaning day. He also did amazing work. My driveway looks brand new, my house exterior is so clean now, and the windows look so clear and perfect! He even cleaned my mailbox!

It was great having Blake clean our home! We got our house washed, windows cleaned, in addition our patio was cleaned and sealed. He was incredibly professional and thorough. Today my pool was supposedly cleaned but all the trash is still at the bottom of the pool..

Every other time he comes I have to let someone one before it is all completely done..

He is on time and very thorough. He spends the time to complete the job versus dumping chemicals and running off in 5 minutes. The pool always looks clear.
