The director is a known liar and has sent over 200 people to prison based on false testimony and evidence. He should be In prison not running anything. Shame on this company. Clearly nothing they do is yo be trusted.

Went for a job interview. The facility was nice and clean. Everyone that I met and spoke with was friendly and polite. All of the employee's desks and workstations looked nice. Seems like a cool place to work.

Sevastian was great to work with. I took competitive bids and he had the low price. He changed the estimate several times for me with changes in scope, which included tile demolition, carpet, and vinyl plank. When we needed some extra pieces for some repairs he dropped them off at the job site in a timely manner. All this was done over the phone with pictures, phone conversations, texts, and emails since I am out of state. Great job. Couldn't be more pleased.

Purchased the basic groupon. There is an extra charge for coming to an apartment (25$). When the tech, Theo arrived he got right down to business. Her made sure i was aware of what was being done and the charges i would incur. After inspecting the carpet, he got right to work and did a great job. Theo is friendly and courteous. He represented his company well. I would recommend this company to anyone.

my experience was very positive! I wasn't able to use the groupon I purchased due to time constraints, but I needed the carpets cleaned in two days before the lease was up. I emailed, they called me, they were there within a few hours. My husband saw the results and said: "I wished they looked that good when we moved in!" While we couldn't use the groupon, they did suggest and honor another deal on their website. Kristin, Paul, and John were all extremely polite and accommodating, making sure we got our receipt for the landlord. Final price for 3 rooms plus hallway plus these awful awful dark rust stains (which were removed! They were honest about not knowing if it would all come out, but it did ) was still cheaper than if I had to do it myself. Thank you guys!!

This is my second time using lone star carpet care, and I have to say it was even better than the last time, which I didn’t think was possible! ALBERT did an amazing job! He was able to meet me just at the right time, and he worked quick and efficient! The carpets look just like new and it will be ready for my new tenants! Thank you Albert!

Lone star has repaired and cleaned our carpets several times! We have 4 pets so our carpets can get grundgy very quickly. Lone Star is always professional, fast, and leaves our house looking like we have new carpets. On the few occasions our dog has dug the carpet up they've come in and patched the carpet so well we had a hard tine figuring out where the patch was. Cannot recommend them enough! Love them!!

I was in a pinch the carpet company we made an appointment with no showed . I called these guys and in less then two hours they pulled up and cleaned my 4500 square foot home . I’m sure this guy didn’t make it home till 8:30 or 9:00 pm . Best service, reliable, and kept their word .

It’s easy to write a positive review when everything is going right, but much harder to write a positive review when everything is going wrong. We were turning over the keys to our rental and the last to-do item was the carpet cleaning. Unfortunately, there were some issues with scheduling due to a family emergency with our technician. Due to the time crunch, the technician (despite what was going on with his family) made sure to still come out even though it was past their hours of operation to make sure we were taken care of. Not only did the company bend over backwards to try and fix the situation, but the owner called me the next day to ensure we were happy with the job done. This company shows a great deal of care and attention to their customers and I am beyond happy with the work that was done!

Perfect!! Excellent job with the carpet in my home. Service was extremely effective and professional. The company representative arrived at the time scheduled and finished before approximate completion time. Scheduling a service can be a little frustrating when you aren’t sure what’s involved but that was not the case using this company for the services I needed. I truly cannot understand how a customer could possibly have anything negative to say. My guess is they are just impossible to please in which case should not be able to write reviews ever. I don’t even care if my carpets need maintenance again soon. Using lone star for this service was a pleasant experience.

We had our carpet cleaned today by Theo. He did a great job. He arrived on time and had the job done fast and to our satisfaction. We would recommend the company and will use them for future service.

Really excellent experience!! Theo was very professional and personable. He was incredibly efficient and thorough with the carpet cleaning throughout the house and got out some really tough stains. Highly recommended!! Ask for him when you schedule, he won't disappoint!

The owner called me himself and came to clean the carpet. He apologized profusely for his technician's behavior. I WILL use this company again.
I had previously purchased a Living Social coupon from this company. The results were so nice I had no misgivings about purchasing another. The technicians came today and told my daughter that they could not clean the carpets because there was dog urine all over the house. He said that unless we paid $30 per room, he would not be able to perform the service. My dogs do not urinate in the house. I will never use this company again.

Lonestar restoration came out to clean the carpets in my apartment which I've been in for 5 years so the carpet had some very old stains...bad stains which I didn't think would come out. The technician , Chris was very thorough and when he was done I was so impressed. He got out the deepest stains and my carpet looked great! I am very happy with their service and I highly recommend them!

I recently used their service for carpet repair. The tech came out had great prices and was very friendly. We didn't have extra carpet so they can patch it, the tech went to out and was able to get some carpet. He checked in at all times to keep us updated scheduled us for times that were convenient with my schedule. Final product was just like normal.

I got a Groupon for each of 2 houses I had to have the carpets cleaned at. The first house was a mess because we had the popcorn ceilings scraped, smoothed and painted, plus we were doing remodeling. I didn't realize that I had to vacuum the carpets before they came. The first guy [I think his name was John] told me I needed to vacuum, that I would have to reschedule my appointment, and could not leave the place fast enough!! Was not happy with him. I originally had them scheduled for 3 days before we were moving in, so that the carpets would have time to dry well, but I had to reschedule for the day before we were moving in.
The second guy who came out, his name was Theo, and he was wonderful!!!! He was very polite, did a fantastic job, was professional and quick. I asked if I could request him to do the job at the house we were moving out of and he said yes - so, needless to say, I did. He showed up today and did another fantastic job for me! I would probably have never used this company again based on my first experience, but I am thankful I gave it another chance, because I ended up with the BEST!

I purchased a groupon for 3 rooms for a basic steam clean. I was a little wary about using a new company, but the price was good and said why not. Scheduling was a little of a challenge because I submitted the form online and was sent an email response telling me when my appointment would be. I had to change my appointment and tried calling several times with no answer.
I wasn't aware this company primarily works digitally. Meaning that everything is handled through online forms and email. That wasn't a problem once I realized this because I called several times with no answer, but after a 4 time trying someone finally answered and let me know to respond to the email address that was sent to me, but he also gave me the address in case I didn't have it any longer.
After I sent an email to let them know I needed a different time they responded back within 3-4 minutes. John, the tech, called me to let me know that he was going to be here between 10:30 and 12. Once it was 10:30 he made a follow up and said that he was approximately 30 minutes out. He was here earlier than his estimated time; which is great because he was punctual.
Before he started any work he asked me if I was a groupon customer, then explained to me how the service worked. John let me know that it was for a basic steam and disinfectant of the carpets. Then he evaluated the carpets to be cleaned searching for pet stains and stubborn stains. Once he finished he explained that with basic cleaning it will only remove surface stains and recommended the deep treatment. I knew that my carpets were in bad shape so the high traffic room was treated. He did regular cleaning on the rest of the carpets.
Let me explain my high traffic area.... I have 2 toddlers who drool and spill things all over the carpet and already knew that I needed something special to remove the mess they created. My beige carpet was riddled with dark black spots all over. I was doubtful that he would be able to remove the stains even with the treatment. I have to say that my carpets look great and the stains were removed.
John was phenomenal tech. I really appreciate his work because he was honest and completed the work quickly. I was very pleased at his professional attitude and that he was not a pushy sales person. I will definitely be using Lone Star for my carpet cleaning needs in the future. Once again I appreciate the ease of using your online system (once I realized how it worked) and John is an asset to the company with his professionalism, patience, and honesty. I whole heartily recommend this company because I used to use another well known franchise but Lone Star has much better service.
